Probably Ethereum will bounce back as i believed that this was currently manipulated and dumped by the big whales so that if they will successfully attract more Ethereum holders to panic then it will be the opportunity for the big whales to buy it cheap and pump it again. So if i where you people let's buy much more now and continue holding as Ethereum was like Bitcoin which is perfect for long term investments too.
At this moment all the cryptocurrency market prices at the bottom. Most of coins are falling and falling. Same for ethereum. Ethereum is stable version of cryptocurrency. When the market recover again surely ethereum will pump.
