I don't think it will be possible for Satoshi Nakamoto to only improve the security of the system and will make this bitcoin price so expensive that it makes bitcoin very rare and really expensive, so it feels very unlikely to be done by Satoshi Nakamoto.

Bitcoin creator Nakamoto Satoshi could be worth $20 billion in bitcoins. He will sell 2,000,000 Bitcoins and buy $5,000,000,000 worth of Gold. He will get 20% profit every year from safest investment because Gold is going to $2500/ounce.

Nakamoto Satoshi's new stash could be this

If the bitcoin creator doesn’t have that belief in he’s technology then he maybe do what you are saying mate, but this was only a action of fool person whos leaving he’s creation behind and just took the profit away

Satoshie nakamoto is bright enough to learn that if he holds the bitcoin upto the future he will gain more than what is in the picture lol
well, in this case, of course he will sell it. everyone needs friend's money, so of course he will sell it, either a lot or a little at a time, but out there, they are definitely planning something. whether it's to develop bitcoin, or something else.

He should've sold at least some of them in december 2017
Does he also have the ability to see the future?
I mean, who would have known that price will deep this way. At that ATH in December, so many people bought then and are yet to see price come that high since that time  Grin

Maybe he was dreaming about $100k Cheesy
It is not only Satoshi but there are few other richest in the crypto market as well and they are also waiting for the right opportunity to sell it for plenty of profit. I think we should focus and accentuate on our future time as well may not just like Satoshi but we can try our level best in order to have a great time in high market. For this purpose we are to buy right now as much as possible according to our savings.

Supposedly Satoshi holds over 1 million bitcoins, do you guys think he will ever end up selling his stash off?  At one point he was worth over 20 billion dollars and at current prices he is worth over 7 billion dollars which is a staggering amount.
The value of everything in this world is is relatively connect to every persons inner contentment.  If and he is that rich and he eventually realizes that his life even how rich he is life still has a limit and upon realizing so possibly he will sell.
Satoshi might have many dollars but it is up to him when to sell and when to buy more either on large scale or small but this is not known exactly how much he has? He will sell it when he think is the right time and is clear that he will sell in the most relevant time for huge profit. Same like Satoshi there are people who have big investments here will also wait till high market so that they may be able to sell it.

Well like the other famous wealthy personalities of course they will sell it for good to find other businesses that it will make their assets to grow in multiple folds. This is the better way so that their hard earned creation will not be in vain because there is no point of keeping it forever in their wallet.

In my opinion Satoshi might still be alive and he might be slowly selling his coins backwards.

Basically if he sells the BTC that he mined in 2009, then its very easy to track him down and with all the wealth he possesses he might get tracked down, kidnapped, or even some governments might want to have a word with him.

He solo mined most of his coins in 2009, but how do we know if he didn't GPU mine some coins in 2010 with a mining pool which would of made the coins harder to link to him.

Plus we don't know his situation. He could already be a wealthy individual and he doesn't need anymore wealth.

When you got a $1 Billion US dollars, will another $1 Billion really improve your life? Its already more money that most people can spend in a life-time and why attempt and sell those early coins and get possibly tracked?

You need facts to back this up otherwise it is just baseless speculation. If satoshi was going to sell his coins then he almost certainly would have by now. He probably either purposely abandoned them for fairness, or he's dead. Maybe both. I think there's more chance of a supercomputer cracking his keys at some point than him actually coming back.

I do not think satoshi will be panic or else he have fund for the rotation of bitcoin prices. He already rich and i think he do not need to sell his bitcoin hold and he only transfer it to his grandson or grand daugther and his family is have financial freedom until his 10th generation. Satoshi nakamoto is still unknown but we know how lucky he is because he create a currency that can change lives of many people.

Nobody will know as the decision is left for him.  However,  I pray he should not sell as this will pull the price down. Satoshi is the trustee of the cryptocurrencies and I doubt if he has greed in him.
However it's unlikely that he is going to move the coins and the reason is simple he probably knows that any movement in those coins will create concerns about the future of bitcoin, since it would seem as if he's trying to cash out and if the developer is trying to cash out.

Unlikely, since he has not touched the wallets for all these years. In my opinion, these coins are lost probably.

Why would satoshi would sell it if he thinks he can improve bitcoin more and make a lot of money out from it in the future? I assumed that satoshi has the biggest number of bitcoin in possession which makes him a super wealthy man through his invention.

If Satoshi dumps his coins he will not be able to get billions because the price will go so fast to 0 that he will get stuck with most of the bitcoins with 0 value

But we need to find out that Satoshi is still alive? Because he has not came online since 2010 and his wallets were untouched from that so we can't sure about his living. But if he living somewhere he won't sell his bitcoins because it will make the bitcoin will become unworthy since the creator even sold that.
Yes I think so, as a bitcoin creator if he still alive of course he Will not sell his bitcoin because if he do that people will assume that is the end of bitcoin, bitcoin price also will decrease significantly and people will follow his step to sell all their bitcoin.

Well, who knows? At least if we know who he or they are, we would have been able to ask to know if he is willing to sell or not. One thing for sure is that if this is a real person or a group of people, they would presently be one of the richest people on earth by now if they are to sell the coins.

I do not think there is any intention at all to sell this coins and for what it is, and probably would be kept till when bitcoin becomes a currency largely used for transactions as time goes on.

Satoshi had enough and even too much. As the creator of bitcoin, he can be one of the richest men on earth. I assume that if he sell his bitcoin, then that means he don't care for it anymore and maybe he is planning to create something new that's more better than bitcoin too.

i think the probability that satoshi is either dead, or that he destroyed the private keys to his early mined BTC, are high. he acknowledged the implications of mass adoption (extremely high prices), but he seemed genuinely uninterested in making money off BTC.

In my opinion Satoshi might still be alive and he might be slowly selling his coins backwards.

Basically if he sells the BTC that he mined in 2009, then its very easy to track him down and with all the wealth he possesses he might get tracked down, kidnapped, or even some governments might want to have a word with him.

satoshi came off pretty altruistic. given the lack of miners in the early days, why would he have any need to pool mine in 2010? anything is possible, but i sort of doubt that scenario given that he said this:

We should have a gentleman's agreement to postpone the GPU arms race as long as we can for the good of the network.  It's much easer to get new users up to speed if they don't have to worry about GPU drivers and compatibility.  It's nice how anyone with just a CPU can compete fairly equally right now.
