I don't think every coin will service during this dip. What I believe is that BTC and many more will ultimately recover within 3 months.
Even thought all coins are suffering, there's a coin called Digxdao which revovers from this dip: https://www.coinranker.net/cryptocurrency/digixdao

All dreams have been shattered while the marketcap keeps falling every time I refresh coinmarketcap. I kept Hodling expecting it to be a small correction like the ones in 2017. Portfolio dropped more than 70% already

It will and it will be in next two months so buying coins right now is one of the best ways to earn money by investing in crypto, market has a little down and after that it will just easily pump imo.
Of course they will be restored. But if earlier I thought that growth will begin in late February, now I do not know when it will begin. Just waiting.

But i think it can takes long time. Maybe in the end of this year the market can recover again. Just be patient and if you bought altcoin or bitcoin and now the price is low. Just hold and wait and see in the end of this year.
When we start seeing progress along coins' roadmaps and real world uses then we're going to see headlines, hype and new money coming into crypto. It's really up to coin dev's to start delivering on their promises/plans now otherwise we'll see stagnation and a continuing decline in market cap as people move back to fiat.
I'm certain it will happen eventually but when...no idea.

For sure it will recover from it's lose because we know after dumping price it will increase. Because we know if the investor see the prive decrease of the coin they will buy altcoin because they want to earn profit. So That's why the price increease just be patient and for sure after few years of holding you will earn profit. Don't be panic and for sure your waiting will be worth it.

In june or april there will be G20 state announcement that enter the meeting will discuss about cryptocurrency and will give attitude to cryptocurrency I think this moment of resurrection if country agree

It is difficult to recover the market at this point, and as we have seen the market is declining from the previous weeks and extends to the present day with many currencies having a downward trend and no signs of development. It will recover but trend may be different. As we remember in second half of 2017 were 2 main trends: the great growth of BTC (alts were in hell) and stable BTC (alts gone to the moon).
Definitely, Market will recover soon and still struggling to recover, Might be after this month if bitcoin rise to 15000$ then it will be nice to see the market ! Happy trading
