Definitely yes, but not for a long time I think. There are people that still have working model T's. Even if every car company were to stop making ICE cars tomorrow, enthusiasts and collectors will keep petrol cars running for a long time. Think about it this way, when ASIC arrived on the scene, they said GPU mining was dead, but it seems there are still a lot of people mining even if it's not profitable.  Grin

I sometimes worry about this. The petrol companies with their mass wealth have been known to kill any efforts that will cut into their profits. From buying patents, to killing people. So I wonder what they would have in store for this.

I think in the future, people are more easily to make electric than gas with nuclear technology. So electric cars would be more popular and they can replaced completely petrol cars. So the answer is yes ? Why not?

I think this started already, slowly electric cars will take over the majority.
With the advancements in the battery technology we'll see more car, busses and even trucks with electricity.
and then, petrol cars will be outdated.

I think Eelctric car will replace the petrol ones in order to reduce air pollution. But it won't be a quick process, because there are countries which are facing electricity shortage problem. So how can they afford this?

no, because electric cars have only a few circles.
let alone people are more interested in using gasoline-fueled cars.

Well for most Utopian idealists, that would be a dream come true. It is also the end for the monopolists of petrol. The biggest hindrance is the production cost of electronic cars. Only a small number can afford it nowadays. Also, big petrol companies would never give up without a fight. These guys are not to be messed with; they are willing to kill those who would spearhead the innovation and marketers of electronic cars.

Of course! The amount of oil is decreasing in the world, proceeding from this cost of gasoline is growing and will increase. The future of engineering, for Tesla!

Nope. The cost of producing crude oil is on the decline. Earlier, it was close to $60 per barrel to extract one barrel of shale oil in the United States. Now that figure has come down to somewhere between $30 and $40 per barrel. Even in countries such as Russia and Saudi Arabia, the overall production costs have gone down. This trend is likely to continue in the future as well.

I seriously doubt it. I doubt that petrol will still prevail. Petrol is outdated and sources of petrol is fast diminishing due to demands.it will be a great help to our environment if qe will start using electric cars because it has low to no smoke emissions
