As you said, the price is starting to rise up now, so its not the right time to sell your eth or bitcoin maybe its better to hold it until the price get more better. Just Hold it and sell if the price rise in the top, so you can make more money in that way.
Ill think yes will be going up soon, Must believe and read some news about crypto.
But as of now we are experience dropping the price of the cryptocurrency in the market but it will recover soon. We cant say if in this year will started or next year.

The market has started to improve in the past few days, surely everyone expects this for a long and early recovery. now it is not allowed to sell in a hurry, because prices may continue to rise and vice versa prices can go down again. Follow market developments and if in one week the prices are more stable I'm sure the bulls will come and will last a little longer.

Don't be decided by the little change in the market price of both Ethereum and Bitcoin. Just monitor the trading charts and invest what you can afford to lose. Studying the trading chart can give you the right moment to buy or sell your coin if you are into daily trading. Don't expert a sudden rise in the price of bitcoin and ethereum, their prices are going to fluctuate throughout this year.

There is a very slight possibility for BTC to touch 4500 soon, but I doubt there will be higher prices in next few months. I still expect the fall to 2000. So I'm in short now.
Look at the market now it increase again and it is the time for you to buy coins and holding it. But we cannot sure it will be permanent once the people start panic again and sell their coins we can see again dumping market and it is not good for the market. Maintain what happening right now and better to improve it more.
I`d advise you, not be in rush. The thing that we see now is just speculating money come to the market. There weren`t any serious changes that could provoke so-called Bull market or organic growth.

My opinion that the price of a coin will rise depends on the number of buyers who will buy the coin, so there will be an increase in prices. And at this time the price is below and very cheap, so when someone buys a lot, the price will automatically go up again, so you just have to wait.

Targeting for Bitcoin reach $5000-$6500 and for the Ethereum i hope we can reach $500, for right now iam just targeting wit a normal target for up to $10000 thats was really dificult maybe Q4 2019 / 2020

This is a pretty interesting thread to be in, as to see other people technical and fundamental analysis, what they expect etc.
All depends if you are short term or long term contributor. If you made some profit, you can take it from the table, but miss the next train. You will be simply most likely afraid to buy at the higher price than you sold.
Otherwise, if you would be a frequent trader, I may assume you would not raise that question. If you can hold for a year or so, just hold and do not do those micro steps in a big coming trend.
I think people have answered you over and over again, but it depends on your goals and what you are expecting from these price moves! Particularly I'm letting the days go by and keep an eye on some ETF news or something related. It's also important to look at other details like the spread of the word to people, leading to the mainstream. In practice, we are in a warm situation I'd say. However, it's good to see these valuations, it stimulates our day to day life.
