If he was not a member of the project, then I would never have trusted those projects. They only pay people with high rankings in this forum to write about the project. A lot of research is needed to evaluate a project before investing in them
You got the point! Never trust in anyone! Be adviced, not be fooled! Do your own research in order to reduce the risk. Don't completely trust in anyone else but yourself. Even though the legendary member has credibility. His words may only be an advice for you, not a guarantee!

I believe because of the Legendary Member, legendary mamber who is experienced in the field offered and has assessed a project will succeed or not
will analyze from the white paper and what if the project is a scam or not, the stakes are good name or the trust name

well it sure bring some sort of credibility as legendary members don't promote any project blindly i think they do bit of research on their own. But most of the time it's is explicitly mentioned in the project they are not associated with the project but only managing bounty etc.

You have to do your own research before joining any project. And if you look into some of the top crypto influencers  most of them have fair share of screw ups during the 2017 ICO frenzy as many projects are dead.

Will you trust a project that the one that announced it in the announcement thread is a legendary member even though the legendary has announced that he is not part of the team and was just part of the service he offered.

Let me know your thoughts here.
I have no reason to trust the project just because a legendary member announced the project, and moreover the legendary member already announced that he is not part of the team, anything can happen here still, it's not like legendary members used to introduce projects that are guaranteed to become successful

To my own knowledge and understanding since i have been on the forum, it is clear to note that it does not matter if a project is announced by a newbie, junior member, senior or legendary member, What is of importance is the fact that the project itself is worth the announcement.

I urge everyone to neglect status of the poster, and instead focus on the project, do concrete research and arrive at a profitable answer for yourself.

Why will I do that? They are normal humans like you and I and the only thing different is that, they possess higher ranks in the same forum as you and I. Certainly, I wouldn't trust what they say most especially when it comes to crypto investments. It could be shilling or hyping for all we know. Haven't you heard of the common phrase of always "Do Your Own Research"? You must learn to do your due research and diligence before investing your money in any project. That's the tip

I guess most investors currently evaluate projects based on its fundamentals. Accounts can easily be purchased. It has been encouraged and allowed here for a long time. All they care about is the amount of money that virtual thing can bring them. So if they see a pump happening even if the project is an obvious scam, they will still get involved.

Trust come from reputation. There are some legendary members with no reputation within the sphere of project management, bounty management, community management etc. Others may even have negative trust on the forum. I will only trust a legendary member who announces a project if the member meets all of the above.

You only have to trust yourself. The information you have accumulated over time on the crypto market must be the foundation in which you make a decision. You invest your money, so the decision must be yours. It is true that an announcement posted by a person with a rank on this forum by the Legendary Member, deserves more attention, but this does not guarantee the success of the project. Choosing the right project is the result of your knowledge.

I don't judge projects by the ANN thread. No matter the rank you are. You should know that some if not all are paid to post here. If the projects meets all my criteria's we are good to go, even if you are in newbie

I agree and disagree, I will trust it from Legendary member because they are more long live in here and more know everything than me. But if their profile have negative feedback, i didn't trust it.

Do you think that the legendary member needs to do or not do a thorough review first to make sure that the project he is promoting or that he is making an announcement thread is legitimate? Of course yes, right? He must also be sure of all the aspects before he accepts what a project offers him. Because if he makes a mistake, many members will be disappointed.

I'm trusting them more than jr members and Members.. But not 100% .. Because scammers can done anything for their project , may be thay will buy a legandary account from someone... For trust the project  first we should refer the project..

In my opinion, if a Legendary has a good Trusted Feedback I think I will trust the project promoted by them, and this also applies to Legendary members who only have Neutral Feedback I will also trust them as long as the project still makes sense.

Legendary members do not guarantee the quality of the project is legitimate, even though they are 'experienced' with various projects that have been followed previously. I look more at the project, how the team profiles and how they know about the project itself.

I will read information about the project announced. Of course it is a plus factor for me that the one that announced is a legendary member but I must not easily trust it especially if I didn't know this legendary member or I did not worked with him before. Since he is a legendary already, my mind is set that he really knew this kind or work, he already have a lot of experience but for me to see is to believe that the project is really good.

it usually depends I don't trust anyone but you have to see if it has red trusts and if the project is viable, then it would be better if supported by a team less work for a single person and then it would instill more trust...
there is no ranking that affects the trust I suppose. Bounty Hunter may already have their favorite Bounty Manager. but in reality today we see many bounty managers also using new accounts by buying cooper members. some projects also don't use the services of a bounty manager and they manage their bounties.

A Legendary Member is just a milestone in terms of rank. You can archive it if you stay at Bitcointalk long enough. Will I trust a Legendary Member alone without caring about his reputation? Of course, no. This is where being a Legendary Member is a precondition to be something greater, which everyone held you as high regard for your good reputation.

As a legendary, credibility is at stake. You don't just want to goniut there and just give it away like that just for project when we still have many other project. I think a legendary we be careful before announcing a project, so the thought of this will make me to believe more in a project announced by legendary.
