Still waiting from a response from CP on how they're going to make this right. I think it's pretty safe to say that 80% of your advertisers are upset with you right now. Not "just me" like you guys said earlier.
80% of their "advertisers" were probably users using multiple accounts to spam & scam on signature campaigns. At least the upfront payment here meant they didn't go and spam 50 random threads on the last day of the month, and damage Win88 image by being associated with forum spammers.
So you should blame really the abusive users for spoiling it for everyone by being greedy and using multiple accounts.
Well it's their fault yeah of course, those people ruin pretty much everything there is to ruin.
but really Win88 could of been a little more vigilant when giving out payments to people, and they didn't have to let EVERY SINGLE PERSON who wanted to join, join. (even if they didn't get PM'd, a lot of people joined and posted here it looks like, and CP never responded to them letting them know if they were in or out) They could of had a set number,
they even could of had some foresight and thought "hmm maybe not everyone who gets paid will keep the signature, well lets try and guess atleast how many people we can actually afford to pay month to month, and also make sure we account for the few users that cheat as well."
It just sounds to me like Coin Princess (who I'm assuming is the Win88 admin) did not realize exactly what upfront payments and just a signature campaign by its self would entail, and exactly how many users would want to join, and how many posts you'd have to read to get a just of whether they're a good candidate or not.
That being said I am sympathetic, the lack of foresight and knowledge about running a signature program put them in this situation, and not great for them. Not many people are really thinking about this like you and me Digit. They just feel kinda screwed over which is understandable, and like most people are really quick to judge, which I understand and dislike, but what are you going to do : p ??
All of that being said also there was no need to be sneaky and hide the fact that you were discontinuing the signature campaign after the month of August. You could of atleast said that August was just a trial period or something, but no. OP acted like this was going to be a monthly job, even in the original, main post stating that next month we were being paid on September 1st.
This last part is what I think Win88 should do, it would be fair to me and to other users I think tooFor that reason^ and that reason alone Win88, you should allow users who want to continue your campaign for one more month, do so. DON'T add any new applicants, and go through the list of current applicants and check that they posted, check that they're signatures were correct, and see if they would like to continue one more month, for September. And then pay them as fast as you can after that because doing all that stuff to check will take a lot of time.
I know of at least a few users who were depending on that signature payment the first of the month, that can't wait a whole month (or even a week to try and do referrals) for whatever
BTC you were going to pay them.
TL;DR
In my own opinion, from everything I've witnessed and being a long time player to Win88, they are good people who will try and make things right if they wrong you, and they are a legit Casino I've been playing there for months and I always get my payouts.
They're just having a little trouble at the moment, the campaign was more than they realized... but even so; since the post stated from when they first posted it, up until the day of September 1st, that they were PAYING on September 1st for the month of September, they should continue for the month of September as well.
And OP if you do decide to listen to what I think would be fair, I would like to re enroll if possible for September, I wouldn't mind me docked from my payment for not having the sig up for the first few days of September, I'm just unsure of what you're going to do, so I have it taken down.
