!! HODL !!
I don't understand all the hate about win88. They have been honest and true to their word from the beginning and have explained/justified their position all along. They have been trying to resolve cases on individual basis which I have not seen with even bigger signature campaigns.

There was a time when I wore PrimeDice signature for over a month and I wasn't simply paid. Tried to talk to OP via official thread, no response. Tried PM, no response.

On the other hand, win88 never acknowledged my enrollment, and hence I never used their signature. Despite of this I was paid for August. I don't understand how it can be more fair.

I have read every post of CoinPrincess in this thread and I truly admire the way they treat people.

Still waiting from a response from CP on how they're going to make this right. I think it's pretty safe to say that 80% of your advertisers are upset with you right now. Not "just me" like you guys said earlier.

No this is correct. This isnt right. Talked on livechat and he stopped responding once I said my issue with the campaign.

Yeah if you don't follow rules don't expect to get paid.

I think one of the reasons why Win88 scrapped the sig campaign because of the reason that members did not post or rarely posted.  i.e. Took the money but did nothing or very little to showcase their signature with new posts

Look the interval of your posts sir forsakenput

I really wish people who joins campaigns like this be true to their word and be able to deliver what the site expects. 2 posts is not a lot to ask right? The site doesnt even care what you are going to say in your post. If you put yourself in their shoes? What would you feel?

lol people always do that tho

BTW. from which campaign you think those designs were stolen??

The design was stolen from XBTec. I was in that campaign before, so I recognised those immediately.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/xbtec-campaign-terminated-645147

I thought most people were aware of that, it was even admitted by the guy that entered into the competition that he took it from another campaign and made some changes, and the person who stated they designed it for XBTec originally.

Using words like stolen is a bit over the top.  Its a very generic looking style that existed long before XBTec or bitcointalk.  Its popular because its looks good but no one can claim ownership of it.

No one can claim ownership of it??
Then how can he claim a common design and get the 0.1 BTC top prize for doing almost nothing??
While there were others like me who designed their own code completely independent of others?
That is not fair.

Well, i recd a consolation prize of 0.03 BTC and i still consider my design better than this one
All i am telling is i dont really think he deserved that 0.1 BTC

Agreed. You should have won with an original design. Coin.princess wasn't aware that RocketSingh had stolen the design from the XBTec campaign until after she had awarded prizes.

This looks good but seems the sign angle is gone? Why punish everyone for the sins of the few? I would happily wear the banner for 0.5.

You guys I talked to CP, she'll get this figured out for everyone don't worry!

Like I've said the entire time I've played at win88 before signature campaign, they're a good casino.

Great to know all things are sorted out.

I sent a message to Win88 with request of deleting my Win88 account - I don't want any reffs - I don't want to be a part of it.

Win88 is cheeky company who is looking for cheap advertising.

I hope Win88 admins will delete my account soon.

Per your request, your account has been de-activated.

We were never looking for "cheap advertising" and are certainly not cheeky.  Cute word but that's not us!

You were paid for August (and did not even bear our signature the entire time).
I am sorry you are upset for us not paying you for 2 more months in advance as you requested.

Just wait until people actually wake up Win88 forum is DEAD right now, no activity.

Yes we got paid half for August, at least I did, no question there. But since the thread until two hours ago said we were getting paid today, we we were expecting payments today, and for the signature campaign to go on for at least September.

I was also under the impression that they were going to carry on this signature campaign for another month.
The absolute least they could have done was give a warning or explain they were thinking about switching to this spammy affiliate link thing..
I am not impressed.

I believe that win88.me did not do this to be malicious nor have they tried to dupe anyone.

Infact they are simply trying to avoid being scammed by users which were taking the payments up front and switching signatures or not meeting the criteria laid out in the OP.
Although a word of warning would have been nice prior to the rules changing, I can understand they have done this in order to prevent further scam/sig swapping from forum users. The affiliate program also allows those with a bit of determination to make much more than they would through the signature campaign which I view as a good thing personally. Hopefully users affected can come to terms with this and realize the potential of the new affiliate program. The site is only going to get better. Also a little birdy told me that a roll bot may be implemented soon, I'm personally excited to see it updated when it comes.

But if they want to avoid being scammed, they could just pay at the end of the month and put some BTC into a trusted escrow so everyone knows that there will be payments.

Escrow still does not solve the problem.  As many of you have seen, several other ops (including the very biggest) have just opted not to pay or make excuses about people not meeting their terms and conditions.

This is why we opted for up front payments to be honorable from the start and never leave anyone wondering.
Sadly this was abused.

We are sorry for the short notice, but this was not some intentionally sneaky decision.
Over the weekend we reviewed performance, metrics, individual signatures, etc. and made a business decision based on the outcome.

We paid everyone that we admitted up front for August and made a decision to go another direction for September.
We did not take advantage of people and are still offering a way to earn based on performance.

We have always been honorable in our operations so please stop the hate.

Its over, time to remove my signature then.

It was a very poorly managed campaign. If they were so busy they could have hired somebody on here to manage it.

I'm sure they already went over their limit in what they were going to pay people to be in the campaign.

It's that lack of foresight. I'm sympathetic, but Win88 you need to clean up and make people happy.

@Jaaawsh true words

And another problem is that the admin hasn't answer the questions in this thread and so everyone became frustrated because he offered other conditions then the actual ending of this campaign.

Still waiting from a response from CP on how they're going to make this right. I think it's pretty safe to say that 80% of your advertisers are upset with you right now. Not "just me" like you guys said earlier.

80% of their "advertisers" were probably users using multiple accounts to spam & scam on signature campaigns.  At least the upfront payment here meant they didn't go and spam 50 random threads on the last day of the month, and damage Win88 image by being associated with forum spammers.
So you should blame really the abusive users for spoiling it for everyone by being greedy and using multiple accounts.

Well it's their fault yeah of course, those people ruin pretty much everything there is to ruin.

but really Win88 could of been a little more vigilant when giving out payments to people, and they didn't have to let EVERY SINGLE PERSON who wanted to join, join. (even if they didn't get PM'd, a lot of people joined and posted here it looks like, and CP never responded to them letting them know if they were in or out) They could of had a set number,
they even could of had some foresight and thought "hmm maybe not everyone who gets paid will keep the signature, well lets try and guess atleast how many people we can actually afford to pay month to month, and also make sure we account for the few users that cheat as well."

It just sounds to me like Coin Princess (who I'm assuming is the Win88 admin) did not realize exactly what upfront payments and just a signature campaign by its self would entail, and exactly how many users would want to join, and how many posts you'd have to read to get a just of whether they're a good candidate or not.

That being said I am sympathetic, the lack of foresight and knowledge about running a signature program put them in this situation, and not great for them. Not many people are really thinking about this like you and me Digit. They just feel kinda screwed over which is understandable, and like most people are really quick to judge, which I understand and dislike, but what are you going to do : p ??

All of that being said also there was no need to be sneaky and hide the fact that you were discontinuing the signature campaign after the month of August. You could of atleast said that August was just a trial period or something, but no. OP acted like this was going to be a monthly job, even in the original, main post stating that next month we were being paid on September 1st.

This last part is what I think Win88 should do, it would be fair to me and to other users I think too
For that reason^ and that reason alone Win88, you should allow users who want to continue your campaign for one more month, do so. DON'T add any new applicants, and go through the list of current applicants and check that they posted, check that they're signatures were correct, and see if they would like to continue one more month, for September. And then pay them as fast as you can after that because doing all that stuff to check will take a lot of time.

I know of at least a few users who were depending on that signature payment the first of the month, that can't wait a whole month (or even a week to try and do referrals) for whatever BTC you were going to pay them.

TL;DR

In my own opinion, from everything I've witnessed and being a long time player to Win88, they are good people who will try and make things right if they wrong you, and they are a legit Casino I've been playing there for months and I always get my payouts.

They're just having a little trouble at the moment, the campaign was more than they realized... but even so; since the post stated from when they first posted it, up until the day of September 1st, that they were PAYING on September 1st for the month of September, they should continue for the month of September as well.

And OP if you do decide to listen to what I think would be fair, I would like to re enroll if possible for September, I wouldn't mind me docked from my payment for not having the sig up for the first few days of September, I'm just unsure of what you're going to do, so I have it taken down.

As far as I know, the original designer is not him, and plagiarism shouldn't be promoted or rewarded.
