Who is the operator?
I have been seeing your posts that you generally ask for the operator of a certain website. And I'm wondering if it is really important if you know the site's owner? In this gambling industry, you really don't need to know who is behind of a particular gaming site. Just check how they are handling the fairness of the game like in the dice game. People will talk if you are cheating the users.
If you are not able to withdraw your account balance or win (like it already happened thousands of times), then you of course need to know who the operator / responsible party is!
It isnt bad to ask on whose the operator but people wont matter such thing as long the site is paying out then its good to go.

For now, everything works fine on Windice site except one thing. When I try to move the yellow button on the slider, usually I need to click a few times to react. Using up to date Chrome, I did not try with another browser.

Lol, I didn't read it carefully. I only read it until the jackpot number, I didn't think that by only use faucets funds can't win the jackpot. I always growled when I rolled the game and my last 2 number never suit to jackpot number, like this one below

Is there a jackpot? I mean all I see on the dashboard is "all jackpot" from which I understand that it's the total amount the players won. While I guess, there's none since they have generous faucet and rain, otherwise admin should verify this.
yep there is a jackpot and admin has posted the requirements , it is in the game's FAQ, by the way
nobody has won it because the site is brand new , it has been around for not so long , hence nobody managed to win it just yet

Jackpot won when the roll 7777 is hit, and the ID bet last symbol must be equal to 7, i.e. XXXXXX7.
Jackpot percentage is calculated by the following rule: (bet amount*100)/max_bet_amount

This site is a nice place to be. I spent some time earlier today there. Although there were no massive rains like I saw the other day, 2.3k sats to each player, I still enjoyed my time there. Agree with you, Sometime in the traditional way of gambling, you don't care much of getten to know the owner of the gambling center if there is transparency or fairness in the game. Believe that WinDice has done some great work and standing as the future giant in the gambling industry, had played many casinos before WinDice but there's something special about WinDice; fairness and transparency, keep it up and soar higher!!!.

Probably it will be something like what we see at Bitsler and crypto-games, the available pairs are based on the accepted coins on the site only unless windice is preparing for a real exchange where they are planning to be like an exchange in usual but I doubt it. Dude are you new to Gambling? Or haven't tried any Bitcoin Gambling sites before?
You don't know why a Gambling site keeps an exchange or probably trying to be noob lol.
So Let me tell you that, If the site wants that their users will get haslee free Gambling experience without depending on any third party exchanges then they need to add exchange in order to swap between currencies for the users.
In my three years of Gambling experience I have never seen that a well running Gambling website turning into exchanges in order to make some extra cash lol.
