Agree with you, Sometime in the traditional way of gambling, you don't care much of getten to know the owner of the gambling center if there is transparency or fairness in the game. So Let me tell you that, If the site wants that their users will get haslee free Gambling experience without depending on any third party exchanges then they need to add exchange in order to swap between currencies for the users.

As you pointed out above, WinDice will most likely start their exchange in almost the same pattern of Bitsler and Crypto-Games.
