I agree on your point which even theres no mod in the chat there were no spammers or trolls out there but its normal to be seen on a new gambling site.
Sooner or later there would be people would jump in and do begs out.Admin should atleast consider on putting a mod but it do still depends with their staff budget allocation.

In long run, WinDice should manage their communicational channels well in order to wipe out FUDs, non-sense trolls from spammers and trollers, especially from gamblers who lose money with their bets.
