I also noticed this on their FAQ if this is true Windice.io will attract more gamblers maybe the team of Windice add more games like miners, roulette, baccarrat etc. I will wait for the feedback.

The Windice total active users tend to fluctuated unstably.
Yesterday, I saw around 350 active users on the site, then now nearly 120 active users on the site.
Maybe most of users on the site come from specific time-zone area, who sleep for now.
Exactly because of different users in different places located at, even though how many users they are but the raindrop was still their continue distributing a piece of sats in every user who is active in the chat room. I really amazed at that site even they are newly launched the prize was pretty impressive. The population to that gambling site rapidly increased as I have noticed. You should be now lucky enough that, you are getting some liberal features with the site now. Yeah the withdraw amount of altcoins are very less and pretty impressing. But i guess gradually they gonna increase it when there will be more players in the site.

As far I know you don't need to set an email or 2FA first for withdrawal process, just enter the minimum amount there and your withdrawal request will be processed as soon as possible.Anyway, I still don't know why I can not setup 2FA with QR code image from the site.
Still don't know what is the problem, but the Windice site should give two options, QRcode image or 2FA code with letters.
Then someone who want to setup 2 FA can choose one of those two options for their accounts.
FYI, at the first time windice launch, to enable 2FA they only provide QR code for desktop and mobile version. Then I suggest them to add 2FA code/keywords to their site and now they provide QR code for desktop version and 2FA code/keywords + link for mobile version. Still don't know what is the problem, but the Windice site should give two options, QRcode image or 2FA code with letters.
Then someone who want to setup 2 FA can choose one of those two options for their accounts.

It seems this is another great gambling site. The instant payment is a great feature and I hope this site become famous in some years to come.

Of course, for someone who don't spend too much time on the site and been actively in chatroom, can not get rain drops from WinDice.

Who is the operator?
I have been seeing your posts that you generally ask for the operator of a certain website. And I'm wondering if it is really important if you know the site's owner? In this gambling industry, you really don't need to know who is behind of a particular gaming site. Just check how they are handling the fairness of the game like in the dice game. People will talk if you are cheating the users.
If you are not able to withdraw your account balance or win (like it already happened thousands of times), then you of course need to know who the operator / responsible party is!

I remembered months ago, more than one year, Poloniex's Troll Box is really crowded and abundant with shitty chitchats.
Then, the exchange decided to remove their Troll Box forever.
In long run, WinDice should manage their communicational channels well in order to wipe out FUDs, non-sense trolls from spammers and trollers, especially from gamblers who lose money with their bets.
For sure it will be discussed by the team if this moderation from the chatroom needs to be facilitate by mods coming from one of the admin.
