It does look nice, most sites usually have their live stats on the side or below the page but on windice it's on the digital numbers.

Yeah they do have live stats but seeing real-time.I mean non static ones do looks good.

You can't forget the hot wallet thing neither, if there is too many people withdrawing at the same time then it may take longer because they need to move money from cold wallet to hot wallet.

I specifically remember at one time I had a ton of money on moneypot and they were failing to give it back to me and I wasn't withdrawing it because there was not enough money in hot wallet and they were failing to reach the owner, no joke people couldn't withdraw money because owner was not around and he had the keys to cold wallet (I think one of the keys, multiple keys.. something I am not sure) that is why I had to wait for couple of days to get the money.

Now, that is not like that in windice and I am sure that would never happen but if you do not get the money instantly that means they are moving money from cold to hot wallet and that may take half an hour or even an hour depending on blockchain.

Manual or automated as long as the process takes it smoothly, that's all what matters IMO.

@Strufmbae did you try password reset if not try that and then logging in with the new password, if the issue yet persists then clear your cache and cookies maybe that’s what preventing you from logging in. As for gmail you can login with your previous account on your PC, and restore settings that should work in your case. I would also advise you not to create a new account because no site likes multiple accounts, wait for this to be resolved.

i think if you delete your cache and cookies is not helpful for retrieving accounts, cache and cookies canb help retrieving files in your history archive, the problem that i was not able to recognize was my internet connection. However, thanks to my History. Got it back Cheesy

Why would mind too much with cache and cookies? You can simply take your account back by just inputting your account details or email address just see the image above ^ then youre done.

Just click at Login and then here:

The site now requires you to specify your account name. If the account name exists you will get an email at your registered email adress with a reset link. Just click it and you can specify a new password.

You can always try up their forgot password thing.It do requires username or email address info and with that they would sent out further instructions to recover your account.
