Normally based on windice.io FAQ withdraw are instanly and it's already explain before but based on my experience it took have various time and sometimes it took instant less than 10 minutes such as i did last week ago but sometimes it took 1 or 2 hours and i think time of withdraw are standard because almost every gambling sites currently available to instant withdraw
The time it takes for the transaction is heavily dependent on how (over-)loaded the blockchain is. On days with heavy load, it may take 1-2 hours for the coins to land on your wallet, despite the "instant" transfer.

Yup that it's true everyone want to clarify if this problem already fixed but based on what I see this withdrawal problem is already solve no need to worry after all because windice is a trusted gambling site with a kind support team.

Depends on how a certain person would treat it up.We know that there are ones that are too meticulous when it comes to things where they do really like to be informed anytime or updated and there are people who do just dont care about announcement as long it gets fixed.The good thing here is that they do watch up their users complaints,they might not give a word but there are actions been made which is already considered a good stuff.
The difference there is that people who do not care and not really focus on these kinds of stuff wouldn't mind if you inform them or not, however people who care about these little information would care about it, which means if you share any information about whats going on than you are winning both sides but if you lack communication you are losing one type while other type doesn't care anyway.

Hence, I would suggest a good community manager who would be constantly answering peoples feedback so that we would have some sort of connection with the website, an employee that would respond here would make the worlds difference. Windice is obviously an amazing website seen from how fast they became one of the best but there is always a room for improvement.
You got the point but even they dont have active community manager, you would still able to get answers or help from the community itself.
There might be some points that cant be solved out but about on having some clarifications or basic questions then you can attain these things without the need the side of the team but i agree on what you have said here.

They can and absolutely should respond to every single complain. What do you mean they can't answer to all complains, if there is too many complains I could sort of understand (even though if there is too many that is a bad sign) but windice is 99.99% great with no complaints at all, look at the past 60+ pages and you will rarely see any complains, it is one of the best websites that got started super fast and got famous insanely quickly so there has been not a single big problem.

It was an interesting period where people can't complain about the solution but also can't be 100% satisfied neither. Now there was a problem with doge withdrawal we all know that, we all talked about it and it was known, then the team didn't made any responses at all, they didn't give any answers or didn't say they will work on it, for couple of days it was pure black with no communication at all. Then suddenly they fixed it which means they heard us and actually worked on it and made it better.

Now, do you really get pissed off because they didn't talked or do you get happy knowing they are hearing us and fixing stuff? It is both very different things, if they only came out and said "we are working on it" and nothing else this would have been different but for a while there people were in dark before suddenly it was fixed.

But I assume that it has been fixed already since there's no more complains about it. So, it's safe to say that withdrawals on doge has been good and smooth.
I am sure those problems are gone, otherwise this thread and Telegram would be flooded with "where are ny Doge" requests. An official statement like "we fixed it" would be nice, though
It's okay because they seem to be busy with the development and other stuffs. At least we can now call this as case close since there are no more users who are complaining about this problem.

What do you mean with "main balance"? Your balance is shown in your screenshot as 0.00000086 BTC. If you have deposited additional coins like Doge you can change your balance and coin with the little arrow down at the right next to "0.00000086" 

I mean "main balance" means 'full balance' maybe was server problem update slowly so trouble showing balance basically update server need a few time but this was late of hours. no problem everything work smoothly already roll play many time new version fast more than old version.

the problem is solved now lately show full balance.

The "Finance" site is in the user settings, just click your username and choose "Finance". Its the same information you get when you click the arrow down on your balance as written in my first post. If that isnt the information you are looking for please be more specific what do you want to see!

Yes, thats true. The weekly earnings are paid directly to your windice account where you can withdraw it from to eg. an exchange or your personal wallet.
