I have told you guys that once there's no more complains, it's safe to assume that it has been fixed. And every single problem that someone is telling here is being reached by the devs without us noticing.

Although I understand that others wanted to be acknowledged by the devs so that we're all aware that they are taking actions with those problems. But now the dev has spoken, so further complains and problems just contact them to the link given.

They can and absolutely should respond to every single complain. What do you mean they can't answer to all complains, if there is too many complains I could sort of understand (even though if there is too many that is a bad sign) but windice is 99.99% great with no complaints at all, look at the past 60+ pages and you will rarely see any complains, it is one of the best websites that got started super fast and got famous insanely quickly so there has been not a single big problem.

Now, not being able to withdraw doge is not a huge deal neither and they fixed it anyway but at the end of the day if you can't really respond to these problems here then how would people know it is fixed, just go try again randomly each hour until it looks to be fixed? They can and they should respond to every single complain, that is what a support suppose to do.

They can and absolutely should respond to every single complain. I mean "main balance" means 'full balance' maybe was server problem update slowly so trouble showing balance basically update server need a few time but this was late of hours. no problem everything work smoothly already roll play many time new version fast more than old version.

the problem is solved now lately show full balance.

Yes, thats true. The weekly earnings are paid directly to your windice account where you can withdraw it from to eg. an exchange or your personal wallet.

strange . btc should be the one that can experience delays because btc is the mainstream coin and being used by many crypto users while doge is only an underated coin and i dont think that more users are using it . also , dogecoins is known to be light and fast because its an altcoin . i have never heard that doge coin have a congested network aside from btc . i guess the problem is on the gambling platform itself . hope that windice team can fix this asap .

We should ourselves be honest to the site.
But as you said, it's absolutely necessary to make an official announcement regarding the issue.
