Well, maybe it's a manual transaction in every cash out of accounts. They are tracing those who are abusing the company like farm accounts and abuse the faucet or even those abuse raindrops. There are too many various reasons in delaying cashouts. But on my own, I can wait even in just a day of delay. So far, I did not experience to withdraw my bitcoin there but for sure it made transaction fast.

I also experienced the same thing many times and has made ticket support 3 times related to this problem. I don't know what happened to my account and even didn't do any suspicious activity there. I hope the admin can make payout more faster. But so far the support can solve my problem quickly.

there is no problem with doge ( or any other coin for that matter ) payout option, neither there was a technical problem last week as far as I know
if the transaction has "hold" status it means that the account triggered the automatic security system and your withdrawal was sent for a manual review
the reasons behind it could be many , the best option would be to contact support
it could trigger to prevent unauthorized login attempts , so a potential hacker could not send your coins away or to prevent bot nets to abuse free faucet and rains , when
the IP range matches the database etc.
in any case , seems like talking to support solved it , I understand that this is not very convenient for some players , false positives happen
but with the amount of attempted hacks I think that safety of your coins is well worth the occasional wait

The first times i used it, it was quick but now once I make a withdraw. It goes into the "On Hold" state with no transaction ID available for hours. After pestering the Support, the transaction then gets approved.

Is it just me? Am i missing something?

Last week I thought maybe it was a technical problem but now this is the second week it's happening. Maybe it would be good if we are informed about the delayed withdraws in advance.

I think when the number gets bigger the speed gets bigger as well. For example, moving from 50 million bets to 60 million bets must be harder than moving from 110 to 120, it sure looks like that anyway, the bigger you get the faster you go up as well and that kinda works forever as long as you do not become a bad casino that people leave.

Right now, windice is a casino where people who come here to play have no reason to leave neither, they stay here and continue playing, which means if they have 100 customers (of course more just giving example) when they get a new one they have 101, another and its 102, so its never leaving and always staying, maybe some small number leaves but eventually the outcome is getting bigger. Today I decided to give up on "Pizza Crash!". At first I won 33k satoshis hitting the 1650x multiplier pretty fast, as said in my post above. But then I lost all those money without hitting another one needed for the challenge.
