They are still in test mode. If you want, you can create your own wings and distribute it now . The platform is great and I guess devs have gone hard on coding and fine tuning that the roadmap will not be accomplished on the said date .
they also stated on Telegram that probably they will need aditional week or two to distribute wings. so just wait for them to prepair everything 100%

Lol I guess that is what Wings for. My bet is wings might come first because we are now witnessing the products beta run. Devs are doing this to have some fine tuning to the platform before it can have a real operation.
Decent might launch the main-net on june or july, they are still running test net. Wings can launch before that, at least that is what I am expecting.

Well as long as token has not yet being distributed, pumps or dumps are nothing significant in terms of Wings. What excites me more is the platform is on test right now.
