Don't need to have telegram into cell phone while you can get access there though web version, i also using web version there to participate into that campaign,

1. Download and install Telegram Apps (telegram.org) then click this link https://telegram.me/wingschat . It will open the Telegram App Messaging.
2. At the Telegram , type /signup , then Egg bot prompts you what your email is , enter it. Bot prompts what is your username (pls use the username of your bitcointalk account). Another prompt for your password and thus creating your Telegram account.

Coursing the bounty system thru Ethereum by way of "Incubating Eggs" is a new and much effective way for the dev to selectively distribute the tokens. People that would really stick with Wings Platform.
The idea with the bot is that when Wings network goes live that any new DAOs launching on Wings will also be able to use the chatbots (and Web gui as well) to create and manage bounties for the new DAOs.
So that is why we are focusing time to do the automation correctly.
