apparently the case was not resolved so I can assume that the casino took all that player's money, what is more interesting is that you mentioned the word "team" which means that there are a lot of employees working in the casino, that is why they stay a long time to solve people's problems? imagine the pain that people feel in seeing their money stuck in a casino and having to spend a week waiting for a solution and in the end the solution is a great disappointment for them, I ask myself: is this really the kind of thing that someone has to be proud of Why is the casino growing by stealing people's money?
We appreciate constructive criticism. Yes, We have a team and there are a bunch of talented guys working in our team. But, You have to understand that everyone doesn't work on the backend and everyone doesn't work on the front end as well. Only high-level management team members have access to the backend and they can check what's going on. I understand there was some communication gap between the players and the support team. Or players were unable to describe their issues properly. As I said, we are trying to ensure the best service on Wintomato. I am not talking about any specific case. But, most of them are bonus hunters! They use multiple accounts to take advantage of the generous bonus system that we have. I am here and looking forward to fixing any issues users may have. But, you have to note that we won't be able to satisfy everyone. I guess you know what I am talking about. We don't have to satisfy abusers!
I had a quick look at those websites. I will talk to my team about the complaint on askgamblers. Those accusations are just angry gamblers who lost by playing on our platform. However, I invite them to come up with any proof they might have.
