We appreciate constructive criticism. Yes, We have a team and there are a bunch of talented guys working in our team. But, You have to understand that everyone doesn't work on the backend and everyone doesn't work on the front end as well. Only high-level management team members have access to the backend and they can check what's going on. I understand there was some communication gap between the players and the support team. Or players were unable to describe their issues properly. As I said, we are trying to ensure the best service on Wintomato. I am not talking about any specific case. But, most of them are bonus hunters! They use multiple accounts to take advantage of the generous bonus system that we have. I am here and looking forward to fixing any issues users may have. But, you have to note that we won't be able to satisfy everyone. I guess you know what I am talking about. We don't have to satisfy abusers!  Wink

50 days is almost 2 months. It's long but I think there are cases which are longer to be re-solved than this like it lasted 4 to 5 months. I guess it only depends on how severe the case was but these people are lucky to recover their money because there are those who permanently lost their money because the casino doesn't seem to change anymore and they decided to be a scam than to clean their reputation.

For those who are having a problem maybe they can also complain on Casino Guru other than this forum. That organization seems big because casinos are scared of them. Maybe it's still safe to play on Wintomato and he might go back there because he was lucky to win there last time.

It's ironic that you claim to take all cases seriously, yet you rely on tools that clearly can't be trusted. It's baffling.

This whole situation just leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, doesn't it? What measures have you taken to prevent such situations from happening in the future? That is always good news for regular gamblers who just want to have fun and test their own luck.  I have not personally followed your thread in the scam accusation section of the Forum, but fifty days of review is quite a long wait to endure in order to know everything is going to be fine or not.
