Please see my other responses in this thread. All of those angry gamblers lost their money and came up with baseless accusations. However, I invited them to come with the proof, and I will assist them solving the issues.

What about solving the multiple accusations against this casino instead of publishing several promos or bonuses because Wintomatos has lost its popularity all because of scam cases that sprung up against the casino and the team's failure to react to them appropriately. ..

We appreciate constructive criticism. Yes, We have a team and there are a bunch of talented guys working in our team. But, You have to understand that everyone doesn't work on the backend and everyone doesn't work on the front end as well. Only high-level management team members have access to the backend and they can check what's going on. I understand there was some communication gap between the players and the support team. Or players were unable to describe their issues properly. As I said, we are trying to ensure the best service on Wintomato. I am not talking about any specific case. But, most of them are bonus hunters! They use multiple accounts to take advantage of the generous bonus system that we have. I am here and looking forward to fixing any issues users may have. But, you have to note that we won't be able to satisfy everyone. I guess you know what I am talking about. We don't have to satisfy abusers!
