If I may summarize it for you, logfiles' statement is true, you do have a tendency of poor customer service.
That case was "cleared" --but not solved-- because the original accuser was no longer active and didn't provide counter-defense. Your negative feedback was turned to neutral simply because of this fact and not because you're proven yourself to be not guilty.
On the other case that I happened to attend here and discussed on the previous page, we can almost say that similar ending happened. It was never actually solved because the original accuser didn't --well, couldn't-- provide their counter-defense due to having an NDA as part of their deal with you, so we couldn't know for sure if the verdict you proposed is true or not.
So yeah, I have to agree with above statement, and it's a fact that needs to be let known to anyone looking for an honest review. Whether your customer service quality has improved these days or not, I think only time can tell.
