What are the countries that are restricted in your gambling site?. It should be mentioned in your thread what countries are not allowed to gamble in your site. I also agree that it is hard to get documents when you don't have valid ids and you need to get it first. Well, it's not worth to get valid ids when yoir country is one of the countries that your gambling site restricted.

Because the only thing that I can think of why you stated that getting requirements for KYC is hard right now s if you have don't have at least one valid ID in your possession and you need to apply one.
