What are the countries that are restricted in your gambling site?. It should be mentioned in your thread what countries are not allowed to gamble in your site. I also agree that it is hard to get documents when you don't have valid ids and you need to get it first. Well, it's not worth to get valid ids when yoir country is one of the countries that your gambling site restricted.

Crypto projects they ask for KYC information don't ever understand the point of crypto world. If I wanted to share my real ID I could use a normal bank account.

I tried to visit the site today too and turns out it's restricted in USA so the site just ended up in the warning page. Still could not access you site since the first day I saw your topic. If we're talking here about online gambling access, then countries with corona virus cases wouldn't be an issue because virtual betting can be done without any physical contact. Most probably those countries like italy whose been affected financially can't have gambling at any kind. KYC or whatsoever isn't an effective ways to deal with it, while the ongoing problem still affected many people around the world. As part of regulation of an specific country, they've been blocked to use online gambling.
There are so many discussion already posted here on why gambling sites are banned for certain countries but we can actually see a reason on this article on why countries ban online gambling.

Because the only thing that I can think of why you stated that getting requirements for KYC is hard right now s if you have don't have at least one valid ID in your possession and you need to apply one. And since a lot of areas are still in lockdown, you can't get such document. Or we are not understanding fully what you wanted to ask here?
By the way, the site seemed ok for me, lots of games and with gambling license already. That is one important factor for me as you know if the gambling site is serious or not in running their casino if at the very least they acquired their license.

I don't know, maybe they've changed that already, but I am not experiencing any troubles. The website loads quite fast in Chrome to me. Something does look weird... Like, this gallery on the main page with pictures coming one after another - they have small slogans written there, and it just looks blurry for some reason. I can't figure out if it's the color combination or not enough pixels problem, but the words in yellow catch attention as if they're not 1080p or something...

Pretty much same on my mobile and not observing loading time issues from here. Their mobile view is quite good but may have some issues with their boostrap. Hope their developer will take proper actions to make the website much user friendly for its visitors. Something does look weird... Like, this gallery on the main page with pictures coming one after another - they have small slogans written there, and it just looks blurry for some reason.
Overall website front end is looking good to me. Most probably their designer haven't updated their banner frame there and thats why some fonts is slighlty blurry there or it may occurs for using low quality banner images with less pixels. As i am seeing here that on their footer multiple banners are sliding and in mobile view its height bigger than regular sizes which looks kinda odd.

On phone using tor browser your site is not loading. May be you need an attention here since I am pretty sure users in this forum will use tor most of the times.
