Pretty much same on my mobile and not observing loading time issues from here. Their mobile view is quite good but may have some issues with their boostrap. Hope their developer will take proper actions to make the website much user friendly for its visitors.

Overall website front end is looking good to me. Most probably their designer haven't updated their banner frame there and thats why some fonts is slighlty blurry there or it may occurs for using low quality banner images with less pixels. As i am seeing here that on their footer multiple banners are sliding and in mobile view its height bigger than regular sizes which looks kinda odd.
