Just dropping by to say wolf.bet has improved a lot. Nice job to the team behind it. Both UI and UX have had huge improvements. I've just logged on to my account after a month or two away and the experience is really different now. I used to look for a dice site which allows me to switch over/under while on autobet. I even opened a thread about it. I only found one but the experience was not good enough. But now I can have it integrated in my strategy with the new site improvements. And the fact that each different strategy could be saved is also another amazing addition.
Yeah, they improved their UI very very well in the recent times and yes they have been around since just July but to be fair they have been giving out 1000 dollar races every single day since it started so I am not entirely sure if we can say it is not shocking how big they became, I know it is not "1000 dollar giveaway" and they actually probably even make money from it but as long as there are people who wager to get that 1000 dollars it is expected of wolf.bet to became this known, they also kept this place up on the forum constantly by sharing whoever won that day so they didn't even had to do anything special for Halloween, thanksgiving, Christmas, new years or anything else at all, just that 1000 dollars per day is good enough marketing to make them this much known.

@jostorres We are about to modify our Wolf Race pretty soon, offer bigger rewards in a longer time perspective or lower rewards in like 2 hours period. We should have it ready to release in a few days.

@arisatox Dicebot is a bit hard to manage for us because every update we make to our needs updating dicebot. Once we release our API to the public we will start versioning every update we make so it should fix all the issues with the dicebot.

@Darker45 Thank you for appreciating our hard work! It's been around 8 months of being live! In terms of auto bet settings, we are already working on adding some new small details that enable more possibilities to program it Smiley

Happy New Year wolf.bet

I'm having a problem with login. After I have returned after NY holidays, I cant login to my account. Ok, I dont remember my password, tried to reset it. Opened link from e-mail and set new password, but when I try to login, the system says "User does not exist or wrong password".

I've repeated password reset procedure (maybe I've failed while setting new password...), but got same error message. Could you please check from your side if everything is ok with my account ? Ty.

Nice job, wolf.bet! Was it only ~6 months of operation?

I don't understand about coding at all so I can't talk about the API subjects but I wanted to talk about the marketing opportunities that is missed with this 1000 daily thing. I mean maybe wolf.bet is happy with what they have right now and maybe they liked the growth they have so they are not looking to improve anything however I feel like they are spending over 3 bitcoins per month for something like this (tho people do spend money to get that money) and I can't but think what if there is a better way of doing this.

Windice just gave away 0.2 or something to its gamblers and they got a lot more wagered on their competition, don't you think it is time to maybe test out bigger prizes for less competition instead of smaller and every day? Maybe once a week 1 bitcoin could bring in more people in total? I don't know if that will happen tho, I am just guessing and suggesting.

Make sure you visit wolf.bet during this New Year's Eve to receive some great prizes Smiley
Thanks for letting us know about this. I still hold your 5 doge of registration bonus, I guess it is time to make use of those doges on this new year eve.

The endpoint you have found is public just to be able to log in and receive a token for private endpoints. Anyway, this endpoint, as well as the others, will be published in the API documentation for our platform soon.

Transmission via the HTTPS protocol is encrypted with an SSL certificate, so nobody overhears the data being sent.
The CSRF token is used for forms embedded in web pages, not API requests.

We are glad that you also managed to handle the withdrawal endpoint (without published documentation yet) because it means that our platform will be very friendly for all players who want to create their own scripts and strategies.

@victorsspy In the end, a small request from us, it's very easy to create a catchy title that will make people click it. Much harder to build and improve a website every day. We are eager to increase the security of our platform and we already proved it, we also encourage users to activate the 2-factor authentication to make the access almost bulletproof. You can always reach out to us using the official thread on bitcointalk or via our live chat support/ticket system.

I wanted to bring this here as I'm out of my depth with this and can't be sure whether this user has notified or tried to notify wolf.bet about their concern. It seems like something that should be looked into by the company and/or people that can verify and close the potential security risk.
I'm here to warn everyone that WOLF.Bet's security is NOT GOOD.

When logging in the site connects to this url
https://wolf.bet/api/v1/login
it sends this json payload {"login":"User","password":"Pass"}

As you can see, they have no tokens, no password encryption.
You can crack accounts very easy using Openbullet or programs alike.
I made a working account cracker < 3 minutes.

However, their API is private which is somewhat good I suppose and when I tried making my program withdraw I got unauthorized but I am sure if I spent more than 5 minutes I could automatically make it withdraw to my BTC address.

To wolf.bet:
- Add Recaptcha to your site
- Encrypt passwords before they get sent to your server
- use CSRF tokens, etc. (these are quite useless but they help somewhat)

I just stumbled upon this thread and decided to share it with the wolfbet team via this ANN thread since it might be resolved faster from here, it seems the website has some vulnerability and this has been spotted by someone and he made a post about it in the gambling section, I am personally not a tech guy but this looks genuine so check it out and fix the issues if it exists before shady characters try to take advantage of it.

I've removed my feedback, as the provably fair system is way better now! Thanks for doing that.

I would however still argue that it's done really extremely badly, with client seeds being generated on the server. This is also compounded with by the fact that changing the client seed is annoying (e.g. arbitrary restrictions of things like min 10 character) and the "randomize" button again is getting the results from the server.

Client seeds really really should be generated on the client (after the client has seen the server commit to a server-seed hash), and then sent to the server.

But anyway, at least you can set your own client-seed -- so it's possible to work around the flaws in system. So I guess it gets a pass Cheesy

---

But I'd strongly recommend looking/copying the provably fair of sites like just-dice, primedice or bustabit. They're all a little different, but really the benchmark you should be aiming at. They also handle cases like "getting a new server seed" a lot better, because the user should also be (at least prompted) to provide a new client seed, not just reusing the old one etc.

www.Crypto.Games: Multiple coins, multiple games
Christmas was over now and all wolf.bet did was add in xrp into their website and continue the infamous 1000 dollars daily race.

I am not going to argue against them because they are literally going to give away 365 thousand dollars per year, that is more than most places give out in their life time, hell most places have marketing in the sense of "if you can win it, you take the reward, if you can't it is free marketing for us" type of stuff, like jackpots are jackpot for a reason, it stays in their account for so long that dudes could even make money from interest rates by the time the reward is requested (at which time they will say it is on cold wallet and withdraw from the interest and then pay you) so long story short wolf.bet is much better than almost 99.99% of places when it comes to giving away... but not a single promotion on Christmas does look really bad.
I would assume the best case would be having an extra competition, that way wolf.bet would have some sort of return on their investment as well. Just to give an example, lets say they give out 1 bitcoin for the winners (doesn't have to be 1 bitcoin, that is kinda a lot but it is an example) and they made it heard weeks beforehand so that everyone knows there is a 1 bitcoin give away from the website to anyone who participates right? That would yield with at least 1 bitcoin lost just to wager enough and participate in something like that.

We don't know if the gamblers will win money or lose more than 1 bitcoin and that is a risk that wolf.bet would have to take in that situation. However if gamblers lose more than they win, that could be both a profit for wolf.bet AND a great marketing.

Yeah,,, I do not get totally why people complain for the "small" 1000 daily prizes. I have noticed the psychology of crypto gamblers here and it is that if a casino gives them something free,,, they will complain. But if you ask people to pay for it, there are no one around to complain because complaints come from nonpaying custmers.

They did miss out Chrismas though I agree that is missed opportunity!

like seriously? u guys never give any christmas bonus?? that is so disappointing. you shpuld atleast give something to the guys with the highest wager

But they made daily $1,000 wagering contest, when other do it weekly, monthly or give bonuses only when there is a major update Smiley What else do you want ? Maybe free balance ? Cheesy

There is other site do it even twice daily, I mean wolfbet is not the only site that offers daily wagering contest.
What he mean to say is probably something special for Christmas celebration while the daily wagering contest is a usual contest already for wolfbet.
Something special for Christmas should not be free balance but it can be something else.
It can be special wagering contest with bigger prize or it can be something else.

I'm a little curious about Wolf.bet, are the team of Wolf Bet has any plan or goal of adding new feature of the gambling site? Just like a sportsbook? I don't know yet if the site is already ready for this because I just saw on some gambling site (stake and fortunejack) which started with only dice games or casino but they have now new added features which are Sportsbook.

Looking forward to seeing a sportsbook on wolf bet since I already experienced playing dice games on the site and I want to experience sports betting too.

thats a nice suggestion man  . adding more games can make a gambling site more appealing imo  but this site wolfbet is not that old enough , i mean they might be observing their site if all runs well and are also listening to the feedback of other gamblers  not just our's  .  you know some peeps only like one game too and many peeps like dice     .  if they can improve thier dice game more evenly then that would be a good idea before planning out other idea  .
