If there will be a sportsbook, I will give it a try. I only like to play on sports. I am not a bog fan of casino.
Well, yeah even I am a sports bettor and it's better to have more options on the same site, I sometimes roll dice at wolf.bet but then have to withdraw and play at another site for sports betting so if they implement sports betting soon that would be really cool.

I would also request the team to consider adding some slots if possible because although dice and other provably fair games are good but having some 3rd party slots will add a new flavor because I have to admit sometimes it feels boring to play the same game and roll dice all the time.

Really excited for the new update and also hoping that sports betting counts towards wagering as it does for other casinos/sportsbooks.
When there is a sportsbook type of deal going on, I am sure they are going to be doing it fairly good, they must be working with some developers to make it work as well and that means it could take some time but if a place is doing sportsbook from scratch that means they are serious about this, there is no scenario where one place works really hard this much on something and then leaves for good or doesn't care about customers, they are basically proving that they are in it for being awesome and here forever by doing it by themselves.

If they didn't care, they would have just get another providers sportsbook and put it on their website with their own design and that's it, it would be even connected to other place and they would be basically an affiliate for that provider, it would take like a month at tops with a good developer, probably sooner, but they take it seriously and doing it themselves which shows how much they care.

We're glad that our commitment is clear, we are here to stay and to build a good and a reputable platform.  Smiley

Third-party slots are definitely coming soon to wolf.bet  Smiley

Can you share the providers coming to the site?

I'm afraid I'm not exactly sure, but the team will obviously pick the most popular ones  Smiley

What’s up guys!

A few questions and comments from an occasional player:

1. First and foremost - BY FAR; why did rakeback potential get cut in half, from 30% to 15%?  This was done with little to no warning and for mid stakes players, it has a large effect on loss rate.  As you knew when you did this and in the manner in which it was done, I’d imagine.
The VIP wheel doesn’t come close to making up the difference, as it depends V on losses over a single day period.  So one could conceivably lose 25-50k USD on a Friday, return to the platform on Monday, and be EXCLUDED FROM PARTICIPATION.  It’s

If you had a thread on a forum moderated by people w zero conflicts of interest, such as 2p2 (biggest in the world by far), the players would skewer Wolfbet for this.  It is analogous to the Pokerstars heist from THEIR biggest customers - the SuperNova Elites - who were told in November of 2015 that Pokerstars would no longer be honoring their approx $120k in rewards, after the players had played for 11 months out of the year chasing SNE status.  Some considered filing a class action and some organized a boycott.  Some did other things.  That was the key inflection point and is mostly why there is almost zero action at mid or high stakes.  Ultimately, the fine print gave them an out to stiff those players.

2.  Myself and another user who has also reached Beta status ($5mm-$10mm handle) have noticed something peculiar, that may be perfectly square, and I’d like to hope our observation  is way off the mark.  But the big Weds $5k volume race rarely seems to be won by a player who isn’t listed as “hidden”.  I have a ton of faith in the crypto gambling world, from an ethical/moral POV (who wouldn’t, am I wrong?).  However, enabling players to stay hidden, while they participate in the Wolf Race seems like those less trusting than myself could potentially speculate that a site is pocketing the prizes.

3.  I recently had a very disappointing experience with a normally reasonable customer service team (I won’t give their stage name).  After having NEVER BEFORE adjusted settings on the flashbet feature, w regards to raising or lowering a wager based on win or loss of the previous roll, I set a $0.52 100 roll flashbet w the goal to hit under 7 and/or under 9 a few days ago.  I went to work and then began my FIRST FLASHBET SESSION OF THE DAY - only to find that .165 btc was “missing” and the 100 rolls only lasted 24 rolls before I received the “you’re broke, no more flashbet for you” sign.

Having been completely perplexed by now, I went back to my session ID to find that my settings had been changed to raising my wager 6% after a win (under 9) and to increase by 60% after a losing roll. It would be impossible to accomplish anything but going bust, if using these settings - it’s not like there’s a chance my on-site bankroll - or anybody else’s- could do anything but go bust with those settings.

My playing history backed up my assertion.  I’d have been better off donating to charity lol - which I ended up doing to punish myself and remind myself to be grateful for the things I do have.  But I strongly felt and feel an inadvertent adjustment or update to my settings had occurred when I was off line.  Perhaps there was a software glitch.  Or perhaps an update caused an error.  I don’t know anything other than that I did not, under any circumstances, manually write in 6% and 60% into fields I had previously never used.

The manager I deal with is usually reasonable.  Not this time.  I received ZERO refund, as is their right.  I was told that it was of my own doing and the software only performs w the settings the user implements.  I don’t mind losing - whether it was this $7,500 or the other $200,000-$300,000 I’ve spent on Wolfbet as part of my leisure budget.  Being told I was essentially either lying or incompetent - I didn’t appreciate that so much.

As some of you know, I’ve given away $1000’s in tips across different platforms.  I offered to re-deposit immediately AND make the chat rain, if they would refund the .165 btc.  No further response from them.

I have also noticed the software reload in the middle of a Hilo hand or dice roll.  I often wonder why that is . . .

In the development of your sportsbook, these following resources can be helpful for Wolf.bet team. I hope the team can find something for use in the on-going developments. Sports and eSports have different attraction for gamblers.
Please check them around for your interest.

[Overview] Sportsbooks odds/margin comparisons (Esports edition)
bestodds.ai | odds comparison site | we help you find the best odds
Overview of Bitcoin Accepting Sportsbooks (with margin/house edge comparisons)
I feel like they will not provide the odds out of thin air, they will probably use odds from some other place even if it is not provided by another place. Think about it this way, if you build the whole sportsbook from zero and you basically write all the code without any help from any other company, that is still purely yours, even if you just go check the odds in other places and write that down, that is still yours, there is really nothing to worry about there.

Plus gambling creates its own odds, you see people gambling on one side more than the other and make that work too, I have seen decentralized sportsbooks where people gamble on one side or other and decide on odds without sportsbook deciding the odds, and that was worse, so I think this one will probably be a lot better. It will use comparisons of course but you can't just beat everyone and be best odds at everything, it would be hard, maybe few but not all.

Just a small correction, our sportsbook isn't going to be provided by a third-party, but created by us. The slots yes, they will come from the most known providers.  Smiley

Wolf surely do a good research before adding this feature, they know that competitions are very tough so providing or adding something that other competitors already have needs a good twist.

Let see how they'll manage to work it out and bring sport bettors to their platforms, for now what they've got already have active
participants and by adding more options it will keep them and the chance that visits will find more interest coming from new active
potential players.

I've recently seen a blog post by you saying you will soon implement a sportsbetting, which is something I'm really insterested. My question is if your odds will be competitive with so many sportsbetting websites out there, thanks.

Edit: This is the blog post: https://wolf.bet/blog/qa-by-wolf-bet-1st-edition/

To be completely honest, the sports odds are something I'm not really aware at this moment, you will have to hold tight for the upcoming update on the sportsbook that we will launch pretty soon!

I saw something about third-party sportsbooks and other games (slots, table games..)...in the BTCGosu telegram discussion, someone said it's official! This will be a great thing for Wolf and all of us I think, more games, more choices... we can do it all in one place!
Pretty soon... that's nice to hear! I can't wait to check this update, probably the best update until now! Wish you a lot of luck!

Didn't know that you guys are adding a sportsbook section soon which is great news. I hope the performance won't be laggy like Stake's interface. Excited for this update.

I also prefer to see a sportsbook coming, but this may be a bit more complicated than the casino.

Perhaps they will do business with a popular Igaming provider. That would be expensive though.
It's not that complicated though. Just look at Stake for example. Adding sportsbook sections in crypto casinos has become a trend these days. The biggest differentiator between them is the margin on their odds.
