I think this is not probable because most of new ICO don't have any funds allocated so they can't pay in fiat bounty hunters but it's easier for them to pay in their token.
What about possible dump after getting listed on exchanges? ICOs prefer to pay in tokens because they look to their project with eyes of long term investor. Paying fiat is not good idea considering market circumstances.

Cash are FIAT and we in cryptocurrency community are pushing the use of crypto than FIAT.
Then the campaign we are pushing is not in the good line if they will pay in cash.
If you will ask or tell BITCOIN or ETHEREUM would be better.

Of course yes, but why would they do so? Firstly, they are not a charity. If you have extra cash for marketing purposes, would you choose bounty hunters as your one and only source of exposure? I doubt that. They would have a chance to develop their product and later add their own crypto for providing any kind of services they find useful. Secondly, when more people own your coin, then more people shill it. Community plays a great role, especially at the start. Would you talk about a project in a same way when their success will not mean a thing as you would have already had your bounty? It is a way of promoting coin too. In addition, most of them are trying to develop the way of freeing yourself from all state-owned currencies if you want to- plus, it is absolutely voluntary. We should be glad that we have a chance to help them while earning tokens (of course, many of them are worth nothing, but some gems will stay here for a while) and being a part of the backbone of this community

True. This is like hitting two birds in one stone where they use token as payments and it is also community building (bounty hunters are also part of the community). Besides, I'm pretty sure several laws will be included to implement paying in cash. It would be impossible to pay with cash, but it would be possible to pay with stable crypto currencies or with Ethereum or Bitoin. It would solve a lot of problems and the team members would protect investors from a big dump.

There are campaigns that pay bounty hunters with a tradeable token like Bitcoin but they are not ICO's they are mostly gambling and casino's campaign and you can find them in the services section of this forum, 2 to 3 years ago they pay bounty but not now anymore.

I think it is possible, but trust me, most developers wouldn't want to pay in cash because this might mean them taking from the fund they are saving,it could also lead to a loss, but paying from their token, would save cost for them and wouldn't affect their finance.

ICO companies will be very difficult if they pay prize participants with cash payments. ICO is the distribution of coins so they want to develop coins into high-value coins. And I think because this has become a provision in the digital currency business.

Cash payment services bounty hunters is impossible though, would be due to the fact that it is technically time consuming, and therefore not feasible in practice. Payment in USDT is also possible, since it can be transferred to our same MyEtherWallet wallets, however, such payment is not beneficial for ICO teams. They seek to distribute their new tokens and collect real money for it, and not vice versa. Teams still sometimes go to payouts in collected coins - Bitcoin, ethereum, but this happens very rarely.

It is possible, if team has enough fiat money. But, usually startup teams have no money and start collect money only on the seed stage for organization token sale, marketing and advertasing. So, they can pay for bounty only with their tokens.

What's the use of getting into a 'crypto' bounty campaign if you just want to get paid with cash? join those campaigns that are made through freelancing sites and get paid with cash or dollars through populay payment methods e.g PayPal, Payza,etc.

It is possible when we everyone stand together and raise our voice against the bounty managers. If we everyone together do not participate in any of the project which give token only then they will force to pay us in cash, I mean with ethereum or bitcoin. It will be a good idea.

I am sure that now this option is the most convenient and profitable for the successful promotion of the project. Although it is more convenient for me personally to receive remuneration in reliable coins. For example, get Bitcoin or Ethereum. But it is unlikely that the situation in this direction will change in the near future.

Project dev raise the money from the market through the ICOs. I think project dev paid even in coins to the bounty managers not only the bounty hunters. I don't think they will pay us in cash because making payment in coins does not put any burden on the dev. On the other hand dev does not need to spent huge money to create a smart contract on ERC-20 that's why they paid coins to the bounty promoters.

These are all greed projects do not want to be diluted with real money, because they give their candy wrappers, if they are lucky, they will be worth something. These are the realities of the modern crypto of the world. I try to immediately sell tokens how much they cost and exchange them for btc.

I think what we're promoting here is an ICO, a successful replacement of the fiat, and if they pay you in cash, the essence of using cryptocurrency is not effective. And also, it is much more flexible to pay in token rather than fix amount of money.
