Working abroad is so tough when you are all alone without your family, friends, kin and kith, your childhood environment or your home. Yes, it is meaning a lot of sacrifices made by a human of working in abroad. Memorise own country and it's people lot of mind pressures as well as hurt yourself not being with them is a lot of sacrifice.
Hey guys,I just wanted to share some tips when you are planning to work outside your country or if you wanted to work abroad.
First you need to know things about the country you are planning to go or work.Knowing their cultures and tradition will help you a lot when you are already there.
Second is to know the rules of your target country.Some country especially in middle East have very strict rules and if you guys come from an open city then u have to adjust a lot in their rules.
Third and most important is be mentally, emotionally and physically prefered.,you will come there to work.You need to sacrifice a lot of things and even your family.As for my experience homesickness is very hard to beat especially when you are used to do things with your love ones like celebrating ocassions.Here you will celebrate those days alone.

You need a lot of courage if you are going to work abroad. People are willing to sacrifice just to find a greener pasture in other country. The idea is good. There are lot of opportunities here in our country where we can earn more than what we earn in other countries. You do not have to leave your family to earn a living. But for those who already made up their decision to go abroad. Consider the advantages and disadvantages of leaving your family. Is earning big money enough to make your family happy? How long can you leave away from them? Will you be able to stick with your purpose of working abroad? What if test of your faithfulness with your husband or wife comes your way, can you resist it? You should have the right focus and determination. Always bear in mind that you are working abroad for your family not the cause to destroy your family.
Yes of course I really agree for it.Because working abroad is very difficult.You can experience of being alone(home sickness) sometimes depression.You can also feel the importance of your family presence.But some people need to sacrifice just to give their family a better future.
Don't know of sacrifices but we would generally miss the food of our mother's hand
If you want to transform your lives, then you should be prepared to sacrifice quite a few things. You can't stay with your parents until 40 years of age. You need to move on, and have your own house and family. And it is not that you will never again get a chance to have food from your mother.

Yes it is because they sacrifice thier time for thier family to work abroad. When the got sick nobody will take care of them.
Its honestly always been my dream to work abroad in like Korea Seoul.
The city is one of the best ive been to and its out

The culture there i just prefer so much more and the tech and the girls.

For me to be apart from my family is lot of sacrifice. I've never been thinking of working abroad because I cannot afford to live without my family. Although it's advantage of working abroad because of higher salary that can really support the needs of your family but you must fight the homesick.
iTs really difficult to get adopted to a brand new society alone. Yes it would not be problem if the whole family shifts

Earlier, the only way of communicating between the expat worker and his family members back home was through expensive telephone calls (which could cost as much as $10 for 60 seconds). That is no longer the case now.
Yes, working abroad is a great sacrifice to your self and your love ones, because you work very hard to other place, there is no one who will take good care of you, every morning you wake up without your wife and kids its very sad, but you need to be strong to surpass those weaknesses in order to succeed.
Yes, its hard tk work in the other world, a new traditions and person's personality. Really hard to work and alone in a house after work. You are working without your family and friends with you. Working abroad is really difficult.

Many people who work and live abroad think the other country is better than theirs but that is never the case.
If that country is not better that their own country, then why should they go to these nations for work? In the third world nations, the vast majority of the population dreams about immigrating to some developed country. And that is exactly because their own nations are worse.

Very true.Working abroad takes a lot of sacrifice. HOMESICKNESS really is the number one enemy out of every OFW even with the presence of new technologies. However aside from the suggestions you've mentioned, i suggest that while you are away from your loved ones, just enjoy every minute of your stay and your job wherever you are. Mingle with co-workers. Dont isolate yourself always thinkin of everyone from back home. Get new friends and most of all always keep yourself busy, read books, play etc.. That way you'll wake up one day realizing how time really flies and its vacation time all of a sudden.

I believe that someone should think really carefully before doing it if they have a family (see:wife/husband/kids). Distance can really hurt a family if it is kept for too long. Someone should ask Is that money really worth it?
