Hey guys,I just wanted to share some tips when you are planning to work outside your country or if you wanted to work abroad.
First you need to know things about the country you are planning to go or work.Knowing their cultures and tradition will help you a lot when you are already there.
Second is to know the rules of your target country. Some country especially in middle East have very strict rules and  if you guys come from an open city then u have to adjust a lot in their rules.
Third and most important is be mentally, emotionally and physically prefered.,you will come there to work. You need to sacrifice a lot of things and even your family. As for my experience homesickness is very hard to beat especially when you are used to do things with your love ones like celebrating ocassions. Here you will celebrate those days alone.
So if you guys have other tips on working abroad please comment here and share your thoughts.
I hope this topic can help people who wanted to go to other country for work.I wish you goodluck guys.!

I think yes its a lot of sacrifice going far with your love one and family because if you have a family you can't see what happen in theirs when you are in the far place. you can't watch and guide your child while he/she growing up... and it sad to say that you don't have to opportunity to build with her/she a good memories or even if have a chance but it is for only short time so you need to do worth it the time while you are with they.

It's a sacrifice because you are alone but if you work abroad with your family it will be a good one because you have your family with you. But for those who are alone and working abroad it is not easy because you will face your problems alone.

It's a sacrifice since you'd have to deal with homesickness (which can lead to depression) not to mention having to work on a small budget. I have relatives working abroad so I know. America and Europe seem fine when it comes to worker's right though. It seems most of the abuse happen in the Middle East, and to some extent East Asia.
I totally aggree that you will feel homesickness and not just that. You'll be helpless when there's a major problem in your family or relatives. The only thing you can do is send them money.

I agree.Working abroad is a very hard thing because they have to sacrifice lot of things.stress is the main thing they have to face in their career.people who are working in abroad can't spend  free time with their family members.

Yes of course. Not only we left our family back home, we also going to live on our own. That's a risk you're gonna have to take if you made that choice. But i think it's challenging.

You said most of the tips that preparing for abroad. But bow in our era its not so hard to be alone in abroad because you can call anytime videocall or chat to your love ones making its easy to communication with them. Its better because in old days  when you right letters it takes a month before you recieve the message. So the communication is Okay now focus on the other you mist prepare budget, words of Gods and your self Smiley

Working miles apart from your loved ones is really a big sacrifice.
Some people working abroad are very thrifty just to have send more money and/or to provide the needs of their families.
There are also people working abroad that when they come back home, have many savings, others dont have.
There are also some of them that are one time big time when they come to their country, others become boastful.
Working apart from the family needs more patience, dedication, motivation and more strength to face the challenges that may be encountered in other countries.

Working abroad is a lot of sacrifices  because you have to sacrifice your own happiness.like It's your precious time with family , friends or a wife, your life in your own country. You sacrifice all of that for the sake of your love ones, in order to give them a descent life.money.financial support.

It is very difficult to go abroad to leave your families and your children, just give you a comfortable life even if it is very difficult to endure, just get a child's education

Of course it involves a lot of sacrifice. Hence, one must be emotionally and mentally prepared before considering working abroad. I did not have my father around most of my teenage years because he worked abroad. I can’t blame him because he was the provider and things I enjoyed came from his hard work. Obviously we did not have a strong relationship but I truly appreciate what he did for our family. There are lots of sacrifices involved; but nothing is more painful than being away from your loved ones for the sake of brighter future for them.

Well that is the price of he being away from your family.  But atleast you know that the good and comfortable life you have is because of his sacrifice.  And good thing that after those sacrifices, those times that he is not with your family, he still have a family afterwards.  Maybe you know what I mean.

Now a days it has become a fashion to move abroad and work in order to earn money. People move from one country to another in search of job or to settle. It involves lots of sacrifice. The person remains void of enjoying all the traditional festivals like Christmas. One has to work incessantly without any occasional holiday. This also sometimes frustrates a person and thus affects the work quality.

Also it is not always sure that you will get the best condition to live in as every country does not provide a person with good working condition. It will depend highly on where you choose to live for your work.

I myself is a living example , because my husband choose to work abroad. Its a big sacrifice for both of us.To me left alone doing
the duty of  father and mother and he going to a place not familiar with their culture and traditions Plus beating  for homesickness are big sacrifice. What about  days that we are not feeling well. These are for our love of our children to give them a better living and future.

Yes, we choose to work abroad to support our family financially and have a better future. It is a lot of sacrifice to be far away with your loved ones especially when we got sick no one will help us, we need to tend everything on our own.
Also it is hard to study different language and their culture.

Yes working in other country is a sacrifice..coz your far away in your love ones..and you didn't saw them every day..

You guys need to understand that in life, you don't get everything that you want. Be happy with whatever you get and work hard and thereby hope for improvement. No one is forcing these workers to make these long journeys in search of a better life. It is their own decision.
