This comes a bit late but still very much relevant, especially to somehow appease a lot of Bitcoin fans and followers who are now on the edge of panic selling because of what Bitcoin has been going through these past weeks and even months.

I hope this little information will somehow address a big doubt on a significant number of Bitcoin fans and followers on the matter of overheard information that some governments are pushing for strict regulations or even ban on Bitcoin. Please know that the majority of the most powerful and advanced countries in the world is still widely open to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

So, guys, please chill out!  Wink

That will help the investors to understand what is the status of crypto currency among the world, only one nation made it illegal was China but there is another news that goins on is China will make ICOs leagal soon so they also can revise their decision on crypto currency.SO investors chillout guys most of the countries are welcomed the crypro currencies, only the small countries may against it.

This is brilliant! There're so many clinches for bitcoin now. Cryptos are flourishing to a great manner. I think the day is not that far when most of the countries of this world will accept crypto currencies.

Bitcoin will be accepted in more and more countries, and countries that do not accept bitcoin will soon find them wrong.

Since there are so many countries that support bitcoin, don't panic because of the recent decline. Markets will always rise.

Impressive and very informative piece. Thanks for sharing as this will boost the confidence of the doubtful minds. Bitcoin is yet to make the greatest history of all time. I know China will reconsider their ban soon.

With the result of G20 summit, majority of he countries were in favor and in support of bitcoin. I hope that aside from the G20 member countries, many countries from Asia were still in favor of bitcoin. For those who happen to have invested btc, hold your btc and don't be too much affected on the situation since bitcoin will really get back it's current price sooner and probably to happen in the next coming months.

From the above list, we see only China mentioned it as illegal but rest of the countries are showing some interest towards cryptocurrency, we need not worry about the present situation because crypto currency market is in huge correction.

This list bares it all out. Only china finds bitcoin illegal. And we know china alwsys wants to be seen differently, they always want to play by their own rules, which helps us discount their view of bitcoin as illegal. People just have to trust in the system. We will make it through this together.

And still people keep crying that bitcoin is on the verge of loosing it's existence from the face of the earth. Lolz. And here is the perfect presentation which clearly states that we already have secured bitcoin in 15 different countries which seems to me very much powerful in the world and are financially very strong. Off course in the long run  they will mod it in perfect way and thus can bring the revolution up front. I wouldn't bother much about China who has illegal status for the bicoin because that's just single country and they are the most confused one about what to do with crypto. So never mind about them. Rest is just blended perfectly.

yes we do not have to worry about so many countries become legit bitcoin even if china does not want bitcoin so many supporter bitcoin in rich countries and lots of funds to buy bitcoin so do not worry because bitcoin price also increases with the help of other countries

This really shows that bitcoin has been legal and accepted in other countries. Yes even others country bitcoin's block we still have other countries that truly supports bitcoin. We do not be worried in this situation of down trend, however, there are other users who truly confident that bitcoin will remain and will increase it's value.

It is interesting to note, that crypto currencies are considered legal in these countries, but that there are still many uncertainties regarding regulatory issues and taxation of events. It might be a set up for more regulatory measures in the future, but let's see, how it works out.

See guys? There might be some countries that prohibited, restricted, or even banned and illegalized the use of cryotocurrency in their territory, but there are still countries that are supporting the technology, and they are larger in number and in power in comparison to these countries who supposedly banned the use of bitcoin and bitcoin-affiliated activities in their country.

Good information enumerating big countries which support and legalize the cryptocurrency. But don't forget other countries which has also good bitcoin community specially here in Asia. Even some of them are small, at least they have good support in it. I notice also that the bitcoin price gradually falling, hope many will think to buy and maintain the high price.

Now the price of bitcoin is 6700$ ,this is least value reached by bitcoin in a past few months. So I think this the red chart welcome to the new investors.Since bitcoin is legal one in 16 countries of G20 country,we no need worry for the investment and price fall.In April ,at anytime the price of bitcoin will reach the maximum.

I think that this is a good information showing many big countries during the G20 summit meeting are supporting bitcoin. With this, people should not be disappointed of the great dip ever experienced in the past several months instead people should spread the good news of bitcoin all throughout the bitcoin forum community and other social media outlets. Let's make it happen for bitcoin to gain back the price and reverting the trend upwards.

It is matter of acceptance for govt. The mass has accepted bitcoin and no worry about that. Only govt tried to seek the regualation to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. They don't have expert in cryptocurrency so they get wrong information about the system. Most govt and bankers are old fashioned financial persons like Jamie Dimon.

China? Is not illegal I think. They are into blockchain and they participated alot of ICO's and Russia for me they are into bitcoin and blockchain they created alot of ICO's so I wonder why why it's restricted It should be legal.
Agree some of this are spreading FUD news. If bitcoin restricted and banned in those countries how come they supported some ICO's and they are serious about blockchain technology.

This is what I was thinking. sure some countries might restict or illegalize the cryptocurrency industry on their own countries but I'm pretty sure that a lot of countries are still on the supportive side to bitcoin. In addition to the list, tge Philippine Government I think is interested with the bitcoin technology and their central bank plans on supporting bitcoin.

Because the truth is that the laws are not simply a case of black and white, of yes and no. There are always nuances and of minute details that would make everything a lot more complicated than it seems, that would cause a few legal stipulations contestable on the basis of what is also legal. We all know that something that is deemed legal may not actually be allowed at all times everywhere. Even a simple and seemingly perfectly legal and kind act of helping others in need may be considered punishable under certain circumstances. This is also very true to the legality of Bitcoin. In so many countries, the legality of Bitcoin is not an absolute and free pass. There are so many specific legal provisions that they have to abide with. For example, there are provisions in terms of taxation, in terms of security measures, and so on.
