I once deposited some good amount of bitcoins to a gambling site which later scammed badly, this is the worst mistake which I often regret. I think we should never deposit too big anywhere.
My worst mistake was to join bitcoinwagon to late.
Simple. Im sunkt in BTC almost 2years ago and that was

do not be sad, I think 10 years earlier than the age of bitcoin. is the first generation of users bitcoin, be proud you can be the first generation and can buy bitcoin at a cheap price $ 100- $ 1,000. because it will not happen in the future. of course the price more than that Simple. the worst thing I did about bitcoin is I didn't start collecting bitcoin when my friend invited me last year. if I joined him, maybe I would be rich now 
and how you friend today? are he is rich from bitcoin now? if he is rich you can borrow his bitcoin and you spend it for trade or gambling when you took the profit you can return his bitcoin

Wow you really should have listened to you friend and maybe then you could have become rich with him. 
Once when I was a noob I made a simple mistake that I sent some btc to a address actually address was like 1xxx and I put it like 1XxX , I did not knew that making error like this would cost me money
the worst thing was not buying it in 11/6/12 when the price was 10.50$, my PC used to mine at 20mgh speed and I was mining on slushs pool 
I had created a wallet and lost the complete information about it when my laptop crashed... I didn't back up the details. .. I had onky a few dollars worth btc in it.. So lesson learned...

my worst mistake?? When lose all of my bitcoins in gambling i learned my lesson that don't gamble anymore
my worst mistake was when i lost all my miney on gambling site it was really an aweful feeling but that was a lesson for me that what i should do to make me better
Yep, worst mistake was waiting too long and then thinking I could make money from faucets and PTC sites. Way too much time wasted on them.

Worst mistake I did is that I only found out about it in 2013. Don't ask me how I haven't earlier... I'm an average internet user - I just missed it. So it just happened and I missed the opportunity.

Forgetting/Losing my privates key and not having backups of them.
Well that is the worst mistake that I have heard since spending my whole time here in this thread how can you possibly access your bitcoin if you don't have a key
They haven't been recovered, lost forever.
This was a few years ago when I was just getting into BTC I had Bitcoin Core and never backedup my wallet.dat The sad thing is if I recovered the file I wouldn't know my passphrase.

yesterday, I bought a package for android, but after a long wait, the package was never entered. and after I browse, I was wrong to enter the address when sending bitcoin

could've doubled my investment
if people know about the future. they certainly will not regret it like this. so do not be too sad mancould've doubled my investment

I lost some of my BTC to HYIP (of course a SCAM) and some were lost to Gambling.
I also regret that I should have started to use it when I came to know about it in 2010 when its price was much lower.
