I have learnt not to be active during bear market but to actually be at alert to scoop low price quality Altcoin. I was busy buying many coin I considered to be good last year. The more I bought the low price the more there are lower lows. I hope my holdings will become profitable this year!
2018 was a really bad year. Everyone who invests has lost money, especially for the altcoin investors have had a very bad year. I think 2019 will be different and we will see an increase in prices 
in fact, only 2017 was a very good time to trade cryptocurrency. Although if you remember the company point, it really brought a big profit to all users until the spring of 2018.but nevertheless, this case is a drop in the vast ocean, because there were quite a lot of new projects and they brought minimum results. And due to the poor state of the cryptocurrency market, coins fell by 200 or 300% and trade had no real results. 
2018 was a really bad year. Everyone who invests has lost money, especially for the altcoin investors have had a very bad year. I think 2019 will be different and we will see an increase in prices
I also think that the whole market is waiting when I sell my coins and immediately starts to go up 
Everyone lives such things like that, sometimes we sell and after few days it does x2 or we buy and dumps start these are normal for this market:) I hope one day everybody will gain again. 
This thing happened to me all the time, I bought some CSM with low price and i will hold it for long time but after little pump I sold then price up 150%.
you did very well. now, after any fast growth, it is better to sell, because people do not allow to the prices to hold onto the levels till which prices rise

So after the bearish market came
I've been holding more alts than BTC/ETH
Coins like COSS, NANO, CND and etc
I been making loss and missing out most of the pump because i sell these coins and convert it to ICON (ICX) which i waited it to be move
So basically after everytime i sold my specific alts, few days later it went 100%
NANO, bought at 0.011 ETH i sold at 0.005 ETH, 7 days later, it went up to 0.013 ETH. Hold for almost 6 months and sold, it went up after 7 days.
Same to NANO, COSS
Everytime i sold, within days to 1/2 week
It pumped like crazy
Just like COSS
Sold off 100k at 28 ETH last week
Today 100k COSS priced at 53 ETH
Holy i been making huge losses in 2018 
I don't think you are the only one who is experiencing bad trade, almost all crypto traders experience the same thing due to the collapse of prices in the market. 2018 is indeed a year that is not good for crypto but in 2019 hopefully there will be a better development. I've been holding more alts than BTC/ETH

Everyone makes mistakes, I don't think you need to feel anxious and disappointed, maintain good attitude and courage, and look for the next chance to make a profit.
I do not think that all made so many mistakes to lose so much. Simply the market fell down, and nobody could predict it. It is crypto trading, and we must take the rules of this business and live with them.
Yes, the crypto market rules are so - the market is unpredictable, it is hard to count the date of decrease or increase just on the contrary, no predictions work, and the market is unstable, of course you should be very attentive and try to understand first before making decisions and learn a lot, but this year 2018 even the experienced traders and investors have suffered, personally I have lost a huge amount of my assets. But will see what this year will show us.
Looking at your claims, i think you should quit cryptocurrency because if you quit, then according to your history, the crypto will rise within 7 days of your quittance so it would be a good thing for the rest of the community
The fact is that I have heard more than once the statements of new forum users who would like to reduce the number of hamsters who may not adequately respond to certain situations of the cryptocurrency market. Somehow it really hurts the development of many projects and cryptocurrency as a whole.

So far as I can remember, 2018 was the worst year for me in trading as I had to deal with so many loses due to market crisis, I'm just glad that the market is steadily recovering.
everything has its time and cycles. where is in good condition or even vice versa. for it does not give up, continue to wait and rose that there are good things from each incident to learning so that in the future the better.

You have been unlucky... I hope that in 2019 you will be luckier.... 2018 was a very strange year for crypto, with first part of year where every coin (even shit ones) pumped and then everything falled down.... let's hope that 2019 will be more "stable"

I also made a decision to hold all assets that I owned. I don't have the ability to predict how long I have to save the assets that I have. I can only wait and observe the market whether my portfolio is improving or not moving.

At least that is a way of entertaining traders, and some people who post here give enthusiasts who experience the same thing, even worse. Nobody will change anything because their reasons for not having to worry about this are without logical speculation to get someone out of reality.
