Also happens to me so many times, we sell our coins for many reasons, like avoiding losses, emergency situation and trading to a new promising coins, but always regretting later because the price was pumped, the best strategy for me is to just never looked back anymore after I sold my coin, so I will see and regret selling to early.
Me, I never sell to avoid more losses because a loss is still a loss. I can sell sometimes because of emergency and although I don't like to do it, but I have no choice, I need to sell since I need money.

Let's be honest, last year we earned everything and considered ourselves very cool traders. There on the charts worked any scheme, one is looking for a diamond, and the second simply includes the Bollinger channel, the result is one, everything works and everyone earns.

I have the same experience with you because my strategy has made me lose a lot of encryption. My last regret was that I bought Ethereum for $340, but its price dropped to double digits.
You are not the only one that have made such mistake before, I have done so several times and I know many traders in this forum have also done that. As for me, I believe that we can't always get everything right, one just need to get more things right than those that one got wrong.
Are you sure that trading is still yours? Just to make money in a growing market, you need a little luck and open ears. To make money in a falling market, you need knowledge and a lot of experience, which most crypto - traders do not have.
