I think it depends on how much is at stake. But whatever fight it is, be it an insect or spider, still, I wouldn't buy this. I think there are more fun and exciting games to bet on aside from this battle. It's just, I don't think I'd enjoy watching those insects fight. They're so tiny that I wouldn't be able to tell that much that they are injured, or what caused their loss aside from death. They'll only last for a few rounds, one to two maybe. I'm spending my money anyway and I am not sure if I would win a bet or not but I will still prefer to gamble on a game I have actually enjoyed watching and that most people could relate.
these so called insect fights are already a tradition to some countries most especially if you are living on a 3rd world countries .
gambling with insects are not done all the times but they do have thier schedule or time like for example every 3rd quarter of the year but idk if some countries do have the same schedule . i remember when i was a kid my favorite was spider .

But when it comes to dog fights, our hearts are melting so quick. With what I've heard, they are fighting till the end and that's sad to hear.
I don't know if there are bets for insects as small as ants. About children, anything can be used as a game if indeed it will be an interesting game for them. But for insect gambling, I don't think it would be a bet that would be exciting, but who knows if later or indeed there has been gambling for insects like that. If that happens, I think it is purely a bet just to have fun while being with friends to fill their free time.
I have never heard of insects bet in my entire life and nothing sounds weirder than this. I wouldn’t even let my kids participate in such games because I do not see anything interesting in it. There are better games to be played by kids. This is a game so many of my friends enjoyed as kids, although technology has brought about the invention of more sophisticated games which isn’t a bad idea. I advise you learn to respect other peoples tradition and never ill things about what gives pleasure. I’ve never gambled with insects, even though I was surrounded with people who liked it, but that doesn’t make me better than those who did. Its just different people with their preferences.

The war between insects is always a battle for life. When you try to create artificial conflicts to create your own benefits is a bad thing that goes against the laws of nature. I disagree with your idea.
Indeed. Although they are somehow considered as pest to humans and plants, their role is still vital in the environment. Distrupting their nature for the sake of gambling is morally incorrect. If you will google worst pain known to mankind from insect bite, you would probably find a video on a bite from an ANT which contains poison that causes alot of pain to its victims. I guess its because they are so small but somehow very industrious creatures and came up with a big defence mechanism in the jungle. Bullet ANT (or Paraponera clavata for the latin) I think is the name of the wee beasty.

I have not heard about this ants fight even in my childhood days. What i always played is the spiders fight. I think it's only good for children and not for adults. Maybe in some countries they are betting with insect fights but here in my country, it's not really happening.
I too do not think if such a game even exists or it might be there somewhere but very few among us know about it and since the risk and uncertainty in the gambling is very high, I do not think anyone will go for it. Why not rather go for sports gambling which is way too entertaining and has visible signs about the win or loss.Moreover, you could make use of your experience in sports gambling to maximize the chances to win whereas even with (for example) horse racing too we cannot be sure about to be winning all the times (horse race betting is one of recognized skill based gambling in many countries).

There’s no insect fight here in my place but if its available online where its more convenient then I will bet since its fun to see insects to have their fight and its quiet rare to see that. Though insects have the right to live, i think there’s a culture where its ok to gamble with insects.
It is survival of the fittest, that is how they live. Be killed or to kill, if they will not be killing other insects, they will die since that insect wil kill them. In my own opinion, i would not bet on an insect fight like ants because it is just like a cock betting fight that i use to watch on a television and in my place. I would rather bet on a cock fight and in a sports rather than insect fight because it is only interesting for a child to play, so i would just play in a crypto casino rather than playing and watching insect fight because i would enjoy more in earning profit by playing poker and baccarat.
