The price fluctuations in the bitcoin price can be a small problem but not really anything to worry about when receiving your wage in btc.
In between the time the fiat/btc converter receives the deposit from your work and when you receive the coins the price won't change much, you maybe up or down 1-2%

Yeah this is going to be a risky thing if we are going to accept our salary as bitcoin. For me I would love to receive it first as cash and it is just going to depend to me only if I will going to buy some bitcoins and going to convert my fiat money into bitcoins. But as long as the company is going to force implement this then we can't do anything about it.

yeah I think it would be safe to receive a payment or salary to fiat or cash advance. because even though you do not receive a salary with bitcoin though. you can exchange fiat to bitcoin very easily

Receiving Salary in terms of bitcoin seems to be good, if the user has the habit of spending some amount upon buying bitcoins regularly. Now more users hesitate just because of the acceptance got over the universe compared to other nationalised Currencies that's been used. This gets changed when the user profile reaches certain percentage of the world population.

If that btc is only for my side job then I would be willing to accept and I will call it as a blessing but if that is for my main job, I think I will not allow that because I do not want to compromise the money for my family to be use for our basic needs.

Well for me, there is nothing bad if you are going to accept your salary in bitcoins. Because that is much better because most of the people are holding bitcoins and buying it in able to have it. So you are not going to do some efforts in able to exchange it instead you are going to accept that directly as your salary.

Really depends on how you are setup to live,if you are living paycheque to paycheque it would not be a very smart way to go about life. If you had enough of a nest egg you could make some gains,instead of taking a lose due to swings.
Groceries,gas,bills and a little extra and you could swing this with some of the current setups available to bitcoiners.

The reason why i don't want my salary in bitcoins because in my place bitcoin is not much popular and even there is not a single store who accept bitcoins so we have to exchange that coins in our local currency then we are able to use. Yes I would if it's available, IMO it would need some functionality in real life to be given as direct salary, you can even exchange it directly to USD if you want.

I'd say now at this time, jsut because of the lack of the ways to exchange that btc, otherwise sure. If there was an exchange like any other like in town like for fiat, definetely and I'd like it to be somewhere between 10-15% in btc.

But I think it is still a better idea to have your salary split into bitcoin and fiat. Fiat for immediate expenses and bitcoin for investment.
