Price instability is an major issue in accepting salary in bitcoins, as if price falls to extreme level in future then it can have negative impact on our income and it can put us in a big trouble.

I would like to receive my salary in bitcoin cause then I dont have to transfer my salary to bitcoin anyways which means I avoid alot of fees.
I trust bitcoin alot so thats why i would decide to do it.

The reason why i don't want my salary in bitcoins because in my place bitcoin is not much popular and even there is not a single store who accept bitcoins so we have to exchange that coins in our local currency then we are able to use. Yes its not an great idea at a moment to accept salary in bitcoins as price is too volatile and even its not higher and we are not sure where bitcoin will land in future and that makes it really risky.

And what will you do if price falls or bitcoins disappear in future? And if that happens then there will be no value for your coins, so its better to keep on receiving salary in fiat and not to risk our income.

Yes and I don't think that things will change dramatically in short term that we would be able to use it anywhere we want, its gonna take long time for that to happen so there is no point in accepting salary in bitcoins.

Is that how long you convert your bitcoin into fiat in your country? That is quite too long indeed. Luckily in our country we can instantly convert our bitcoin into fiat. So even if we receive our salary in bitcoin, there is no problem.

Even if there is only a few establishment that accepts bitcoin, it can be converted to fiat anyway. It is just a minor inconvenience. Maybe the suggestion of others, part bitcoin part fiat is the most attractive deal. Like the many says it is hard to make sure you can pay your bills if you get your income in bitcoin and don't know what the value will be the next day.
Being paid partly in bitcoin would be an option I would consider however.

If I do not want to get my salary from BTC. Because of you, it is very difficult to find a facility that supports BTC. In addition I prefer to keep money in the bank, and I only use bitcoin as a short-term investment.
