Yes, the sellers I'm thinking about sell cards from Mbank and WBK, but plastic ones and with the same limits.

I was doing this and this work. Every card have original IBAN. And with IBAN you can do this. (You see normal transaction in card panel).

Visa's don't verify paypals. You need bank information to verify a PayPal.

At 99% they dont have ING and Pekao. I am working with this cards like 2 or 3 years (I dont remember), i have good reputation etc. 15$ is for Virtual card i think...
