Just received this email with information about changes to configuration of the miner. Doesn't seem to effect the performance or power consumption. So it's all good.
[Note]:I just got an information, the amount of the chip after the batch of Mar 19 decreased from 40 to 32, but kept the hash rate of 1000G by overlocked the chip. The influence on the temperature, the noise and stability of the miner is still unknown, the factory did not provide technical article and I still trying to figure it out. However, the factory does promise it will mine btc with hash rate of 1000G. So you need to take that into consideration when you make your decision. As for the buyer joined the lee group round 2, i will respect your choice, if you want to cancel the order, i will refund the btc to you, but you need to be quick, the miner is about to deliver.
The detail information about the change of dragon miner 1T
The chip only perform 25G H/s in the previous version, it is not the default speed of coin-craft A1 chip which is 32 G H/S. The hash rate have adjusted to 32 G H/S in this version and it is still not the highest speed of coin-craft A1 chip, which is 40 G H/s.
The influence on its temperature , stability and power consumption
1) power consumption, no change in power consumption of the chip, the overall power consumption only slightly increased for 20W because of the add of a new fan
2) Temperature: when the room temperature is about 20 ℃, the temperature of heat sink is about 40-50℃, not as good as before, but is still acceptable
3) Stability, no change in stability, the miner perform a stable hash rate of 10000G as before.
