pcfli has provided an excellent service so far, compensation if items are not delivered on time PLUS he has just refunded as i purchased multiple items.

It is about to change some with the latest batch if these are coming from lketc.com which I believe most of them are. They have redesigned the case and made some other changes.
I think the Vendor should attach a link to a guide on the FIRST PAGE, this thread is all over the place, it should be for buying/selling/issues.
Is it the same as an Antminer set-up ? What if you have multiple units, set each ine its own ip address ??

the green light is steady but everytime i click on realtime monitoring i get
it is connection problem, your miner cannot connect to the pool your setthe green light is steady but everytime i click on realtime monitoring i get
I set three pools, which are all online, how then can it be failing to connect? all my settings are correct right?

Two out of three DOA, very disappointing. And i still don't have a guide on how to operate the only working one.
Please gives us more details.... That sounds very bad
The miners arrived earlier today. I got home, unboxed and powered up the first one while doing that i noticed some scratches on it that looked like it was used. After powering it up some lights flashed and the really loud fans were running i decided to try it out, after tinkering with my browser for hours i decided to wait for help setting it up. I moved on to try power up the other two, ... the first has a bent "front"? not sure if it was shipped like that or it happened in transit. I hooked them up to a power source but they are both not powering up. I"ve tried everything from different surge protectors to different breakers but they just wont wake up.
When i try turn them on, the lights in the room flicker for a fraction of a second, to show that something should be pulling some heavy power but then nothing happens, it just sits there
I hope our vendor gets online quick, and resolves this ASAP, and i'll also need an english setup guide for the one that is powering up.

first i have sent you the instruction guide in english
second, if the green lamp didnot lighten when you connect the power cable, the most possible thing is the power supply cable inside the box are loosen during the shipment, you can screw out the box and check whether there is unconnected cable, if should be very easy to see, if it is happened, just plug them and the problem should be resolved, i have asked the factory to find a solution to tie them, but not realized by now,
