Block #315000 was found. Congrats to all! Grin
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/wyv/block.dws?315000.htm

Yup - block 315000! The final Wyvern blockchain balance snapshot has been taken. The Wyvern Token and Wyvern DAO contracts will be deployed within 24 hours after we run a final set of tests.

Watch for a Medium post from the official account - https://medium.com/project-wyvern - once contracts are deployed, with all relevant information.

Hello. My wyv is on my wallet, but I'll only get to it in a week. Coins do not go away, is there time for swap? Thank you. Google translate

If your Wyvern is already in a wallet to which you hold the private keys, you're fine and you don't need to do anything, there is no deadline for redeeming the tokens after block 315000.

CryptoHub delisted WYV and paid coins to last miner we had.
In the future I think to add support of ERC20 and list WYV again.

About 1500 blocks left until the ERC20 port: https://port.projectwyvern.com.

If you hold a lot of small UTXOs (e.g. mining outputs), you should consolidate them into one prior to block 315000 (send all your Wyvern to yourself); it will make the token redemption procedure faster and cheaper.

Yup, all set for the fork - if anyone has any ideas for how to get in touch with Coinexchange, let me know; I've reached out on Twitter and with multiple support inquiries to no avail. Are there any other channels? Their support@ email just autoresponds with a link to to the support portal (which I've already submitted a ticket to).
Support should be active because I remember that last time they fixed my issue with deposit in like few hours.

I've finally been able to get in touch but at the moment they're busy with other ETH issues; hopefully they'll have a chance to look at Wyvern soon.

Hello
we can't mine anymore before the fork?
any pool site?

And what about after the block 315000? what we do with our coins on our wallet?
sis you plan some other exchange?

Thanks

I think the pools may have shut down; the mining revenue wouldn't have been significant. You can easily mine solo if you like: https://github.com/projectwyvern/wyvern-solo-pool.

After block 315000, you'll be able to redeem UTXOs in your wallet for WYV ERC20 tokens at redeem.projectwyvern.com (currently deployed on Ethereum's Rinkeby testnet). Once an ERC20 token, Wyvern will be tradeable on any exchange or service which supports the ERC20 interface.

That's great news. I can't pretend to understand the half of it, but looks very much like we are set for the fork and the Exchange.

does anybody want to sell me some in otc with some.escrow? i wanna buy more than the super low volume currently in the exchange.

Same here. But I don't think anyone with a substantial holding would want to sell at a bargain basement price, though, now with development moving forward nicely. Obviously, that's evident from the low volume available for sale.

Looking good! I can't pretend to understand the contract code, but generally I'm excited for the Exchange. Moving WYV to a wallet shortly, but I do hope Coinexchange does the swap. It'll be bad news if they don't, hope you have a plan B for it.

WYV ERC20 tokens won't disappear in any case, there's no deadline - if CoinExchange doesn't swap immediately, they can always do it later, but their accounting will be simpler if they do it right away.

Of course. Like I mentioned earlier - it's all about perception. Be prepared for people to be butthurt. Thanks for the weekly blog btw, much appreciated!
