this affects all cryptonotes, so far only Monero fixed, its very hard to exploit but the dev should look into it.
Actually, the same idea affects anything that listens to JSON-RPC commands without needing authorization. This includes cryptocurrencies such as Vcash and Ethereum, besides the Cryptonote family wallets. A general solution is not running these on the same machine with your web browser -- they only listen on localhost by default.yeah yeah, but the world is so desperate on find flaws on Monero this had to make a news story even on vice: http://motherboard.vice.com/read/how-a-hacker-can-steal-monero-crypotocurrency-more-anonymous-bitcoin-csrf-wallet
what I meant is that would be a good move for the dev to fix this, would show he is tuned with the happenings and is capable of maintaining a complex cryptocurrency even if its just copy-pasting Monero.
