We can't lump all this responsibility on too the shoulders of 1Blockologist as we need him to spend his time contributing as much as possible on the development side, bi-weekly updates sounds good 1Blockologist but again it would be good to have a better platform to announce from than just this thread.

Thanks for the kind words!

Glad to see the community organically growing, let people know to expect bi-weekly updates so they won't get paranoid when I don't post next week!

Anyway i can contribute to BBR?, I'm not a developer tho so don't know where I may be able to help, so far i have invested and have been trying to spread the word about recent developments to the point i was banned from the trollbox on Poloniex Smiley.. I'm back on there again after a chat with the Mod manager, but i have to be careful about spamming links to here and white paper etc.
I think we really have to get the community past & present back on board and keep people notified as much as possible, Twitter acct situation must be resolved asap as majority use it for reference and as a point of news.

I'm relatively new to the whole crypto scene but have a vested interest in BBR and would like to contribute in any way possible.

I don't understand the workings of the development commits posted today by 1Blockologist but i did ask a dev to look at it for me (no offense intended) and this was his response
"What I'm seeing is some adding of options, some bugfixes, some
corrections of spelling errors, some additional logging (and some
reduction of logging). There's nothing staggeringly new, but also nothing
that seems out of the ordinary in terms of a development cycle."

To me this is what i was hoping/expecting. He did have one recommendation tho "If you have an in with the Boolberry people, you should tell them that something with name that cool needs a better logo!" Did have a wee chuckle as i know it has been brought up before and 1Blockologist was talking about changing logo but not name.

So far I'm impressed folks!

I got this messages in boolbdopencl :
2016-Sep-16 22:30:57.984009 [P2P4][78.94.32.195:10101 OUT]Remote node have longer checkpoints zone( 550000) that local (70000)That means that current software is outdated, please updated it.

Is that normal?

RUNE Edition has longer checkpoints, that means people are using it

I think Zoidberg wants me to make a pull request into his repository, but people should be able to see that this is the most updated one as word gets out that we are updating it. A few people seemed to have trouble compiling it, as we haven't released binaries though, but it is the same code outside of the checkpoints

The prior version only has checkpoints up to block 70,000 , I modernized it to block 550,000

this is the series of commits we will merge into Boolberry.

I hope you are merging the recent ones too, this is a rather old version with bugs that have since been squashed.

A lot of things have changed, we need to understand where they put things and what they were reacting to, before we use the latest versions of those files that have diverged even further from Boolberry

Given that so few people use Boolberry on their computer, we might be able to skip the blockchain conversion tools, but then again, it might be easy to implement
I like this, but a have a question
According to estimated current job, about how long it to have Boolberry RUNE EDITION?

Some people have been asking about development timeline presumably to determine what to do with their capital

Lets commit to summaries bi-weekly, much like the old Monero Missives

My colleagues should also be joining the github project publicly (there is a private option) as well as bitcointalk going forward

I don't see a problem with Bbr. This is not necessary and it seems like a pump and dump scheme..

The OTC market, Bulgarian outreach for our bounties?

Translations for foreign communities and OTC market are mentioned in the research paper, which was the only catalyst for the current market price, hashrate improvements, and the commit activity, so if some people didn't read it and are surprised we are spearheading those discussions then they should sell, because there are plenty of people that wanted me to delay releasing the research report so they could continue accumulating at more attractive prices.

Ironically, we can also connect them through the OTC market and other members of the community are trying to get BBR on Bitsquare (also a goal in the research paper)

No community activity, no dev in yr or more and you don't see a problem?
1Blockologist & his company have decided to invest, improve and further the coins dev. Smart business i think.
Do some research before you judge http://www.bizapedia.com/wy/BLOCKCHAIN-DEVELOPMENT-COMPANY-LLC.html
I look forward to his contributions and the views in the community who know more than me.

uhh yeah that's me, you just replied to me about me

I'm glad you are in line with my vision

Yes sorry new here, was in response to the original comment, yes totally. Look forward to the progress and development and have great hopes for it's success.

Yes the sure will. In Fact I have a facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/469221573283979/?fref=ts where I think there are three or four members of One Coin. I already alarm about Boolbery

Hahahah. Unfortunately, One Coin is just a simple pyramid scheme. There is no such thing like One Coin. I am not glad with that fact because this only ruin our nation reputation. But yes there are people who are ready to be part of something real of this Digital Era if i can call it that way.

I'm aware, but I mean One Coin's target audience is passively interested in crypto currency but needed hand holding, unfortunately they held the hands of people that won't deliver on their promises

The same people would be interested in a liquid project like Boolberry
