when does pain end?

Monero was $79 on 14th August.  Bitcoin was never this low in 2018.  As soon as pain with Bitcoin ends then we we home to have a relief.  Maybe there will be pressure on alts again in future, but right now is on Bitcoin.

Bananas soon tho? Cheesy

I would be prepared to feel even more pain though. So much so I've decided now to just set buy orders whenever I've got any spare cash, picking whatever low price is closest to execution. XMR is really, really painful to see especially when it's almost back to pre-bull levels, but hey, we all knew things could get worse before they got better. Just make sure it's all on stable ground before look to Bitcoin. Every coin's got its shit to handle but Monero's probably as used to dealing as Bitcoin is.

Wild bananas? Who knows?

I sold all my Monero tokens, as I thought that there are much more valuable projects and they will bring more profit. I did the right thing because monero is not the best project, there are a lot of competitors with the best blockchains.

its true, some other blockchains are up to 50% whiter than Monero

Sad

Do we know why Okex doesn't allow XMR withdrawals?

What is the withdrawal fee on OKex?
You cannot withdraw in XMR so I guess there is no withdrawal fee.

LOL. You seems to trade there. I dont and have no ideas. What was the withdrawal fee, did they lowered it.  If not, why you use such exchange?
I bought some XMR over there but there is no withdrawal option in XMR. So I have to sell my XMR to another crypto in order to be able to get out from this shitty exchange. Why are they doing that?

I dont trade there and for sure I will not register just to check , but when you mention it I went to check and there is a nice support chat. Any reason you dont use that and ask them for explanation?   Why you think anyone here would know what is happening with that particular exchange?

Why are they doing that? Because is their money and they can do with it what it pleases them.  If you want to control your money all the time then use BisQ.

I used to be optimistic about cryptocurrency but I'm come to the realization that this whole thing is just a giant ponzi scheme.  Warren Buffet was right all along.  This downtrend will continue until these internet coins are essentially worthless.

I'm only hanging around to mostly warn others so they can at least salvage some of their money.

oh thank you mister so much for saving me! but, is it true?

those were the days, at least trolls were still trolling, not this kind of sad depressed behaviour like you're presenting here... up your game or go home please!

sell before its too late, this shitcoin is going back under $10.

That would mean the whole market tanks, which makes coin A as worthless as coin B--so unless you have another form of digital cash that doesn't exist in crypto, I'm not buying what you're selling. Do you have quantum money for sale?

sold all my crypto this whole thing is just a giant scam, get out before its too late.

But yet, you are still here

Could you imagine how sad your life would have to be to get out of something, and then weeks, months, years later, still be commenting on a forum about it? "Yes, I quit video gaming months ago, but here's my comment on what a waste of time it is..."

Price of 380$ is SV + ABC.
If you buy ABC on Polo you miss the SV part.

Yeah I get that element BUT I think maybe that's still not it.

For example on Bittrex they DO have "SV" still separate as BSV, although deposits/withdraws not enabled there either.

BUT even so on 'Trex now BCH is trading and withdraw-able for $306 (down a bit from when I posted earlier).

So... yeah... not $100 maybe but still --- IS this some 'arbitrage' situation anyway?

^  In crypto it's more like a guy bought some coins at the top or near it, then price went down (so he's stuck), now he's making it his life's mission to troll that coin's community to give him some sort of relief from the pain.  Lmao!

So it's just displacing blame? Instead of admitting you were a moron for getting into the market at a 10x the ATH, you bemoan the whole industry as if free markets didn't allow you to make dumb choices?

If so, owning it would at the very least allow you to adjust your tactics/strategy and make the best of a bad situation. It's not like stop-losses or dollar-cost-averaging are concepts that haven't been well known for ages to stock market investors. Admitedly everyone goes through their nooby and/or dunning kruger stage, but that doesn't mean you just keep banging your head on the rafters without going, "Hey, maybe there's more to this than rushing into the room and hoping for the best..."

Partly displacing blame, partly some pain relief and mostly just to release some frustration.  But the thing is those trolling...?  They're prolly holding some XMR.  Lololol.

So... guys?  Just asking again... "bump" from my post awhile back nobody seemed to notice.

1. "Bitcoin Cash" in the form of ABC per coin on Polo right now selling for about $280.
2. Other exchanges (more every day, it seems) recognizing that "ABC" will be "BCH"... soon-ish (?)
3. "BCH" or for lack of clarity on ticker-future just call it "Bitcoin Cash" appears to be aggregate priced now about $380-$395

...So...??

4. "Profit"...?

 Huh

So, HOW is this not almost nearly just exactly "FREE $100 per COIN" just for buying "ABC" (as "BCH") on Polo right now?

Am I just stooopid or what am I missing here?

What would change other than SV suddenly somehow actually really "taking over" to make this not at least a little profitable right now, pending the moment (soon?) when Poloniex will finally re-enable withdrawals and deposits on Bitcoin Cash accounts?

P.S. {Edit} Also this is a fun little site I guess...

http://hashwars.cash/

...but can someone explain exactly what we're looking at here, what exactly do the bars/height/numbers represent and how does it indicate who is "winning" exactly?
