I had xmr for a while, but why hold the coin instead of just buying it when you need to hide whatever you are doing, then transfer back to what you originally had?

Depending on when you came into the cryptocurrency scene, Monero might have been the best performing coin between then and now

Shilling of some other coin without clear relevance to Monero removed

Completely agree which is why Spectrecoin has implemented this much needed feature for users residing in TOR blocked countries.

By no means has Spectrecoin got everything covered which is why they are working on an Android wallet with innovative low power staking as well as additional privacy, remittance and security features.

Spectre can continue to work on its own updates and hopefully co-exist with and continue to push Monero to innovate.

As I mentioned previously, this is not about being able to use TOR to process Monero transactions, this is about being able to use TOR to process Spectrecoin transactions within TOR blocked countries which Monero is currently unable to do.

I can't really speak for Verge to be honest. I'll probably need to do more research on this coin to get a better understanding of the benefits it offers if any.

WBVC is shilling as well, started poll with a few coins then added all the rest when the votes were in.

Dude, there’s no real competition between that coin and Monero. If you take a look at the history of Monero then you could see that more people are interested in Monero and are trying to give their insight on how to make the coin a much better system for sending money online. That other coin hasn’t been around long enough to have the credibility that Monero has and I am just giving you my opinion on that though I don’t have any Monero in my portfolio.

These coins that just released and trying to become number one is only taking ideas on other projects that are already in development and they are claiming that they are better than them.

XSPEC has been around since November 2016 and has one of the best ROI since ICO. See https://icostats.com/

Your competition is with Verge - not with Monero. Like yourselves, Verge is another Johnny-come-lately that believes that IP obscuration is all that there is to privacy.

You're both wrong, but feel free to pump.

Verge has been around since 2014 so I wouldn't call it a Johnny-come-lately.

IP obfuscation is fundamental to privacy which is what people who do not live in TOR blocked countries don't understand and where the real use case for privacy coins is uncovered.

This is not a pump at all, this is about innovation which is why Monero have been struggling for quite some time to implement this. The other aspects of privacy can always be developed given some time but emphasis should definitely be placed on this aspect of privacy given that this is applicable in the real world.

Monero is not struggling to implement anything. It has been usable (and used) over Tor since 2014. For that matter, I've solo mined Monero over Tor more or less continuously since 2014.

Bitcoin is usable with Tor by clicking one setting as long as you have the Tor browser (and if you don't you can't remotely claim to be interested in privacy), and has been for years.

Verge adds no real value to the crypto ecosystem. None.

Wrong. The real use case for privacy is everyone, everywhere and every transaction. You can't have any kind of privacy as long as the blockchain is traceable. All you're doing is focusing on one aspect of privacy and pretending that you've got it covered.

Monero will soon implement i2P at the protocol level. What then for Spectre?

0.04 is my price guess.

This price range has been called by several also more prominent traders.
Yea, I think we are due for a pump similar to the one we got earlier this year. I just really wish I filled my bag more @ 30$ instead if waiting until it hit around 50$. Oh well, still a profit.
Edit: Just checked, we're @ 0.022

Hah what a joke asking for tips in ETH! Isn't that the guy who said Monero would burn a few days back?

Guys its amazing how it made more than 90% in less than two days, i feel good for those who were holding this coin.
I wanted to buy more but i couldnt, but i always believed in monero, since its one of the most stable altcoins that are on the market at the moment, looks like monero won against litecoin about who were gonna be the first in touching $100 . lmao

Monero hit $100 today and in some cases over.

Meh this one makes me happy everytime I watch it! Cheesy

What a troll that was. LOL

BTC and XMR going up such a bullish sign. I think Monero is the only one doing that that is at a all time high. the others are just correcting and garbage coins to boot. Ripple...Please that shit needs to die what a fuking scam.
