If another exchange gets equal volume as Poloniex, or a significant chunk of it, or even surpasses Poloniex because everyone emigrates, then that exchange will get DDOS'ed instead by the "let's sink the prices" criminals.
Honestly I'm surprised that Poloniex has not been having MORE problems over the last couple months of this AltCoinCrazyTime situation 
Considering how much they're probably getting slammed on so many levels they're actually doing remarkably well.
Surprised that at least one other decent "Polo Alternative" site has not popped up yet either... I know there's other exchanges but really nothing with quite the same depth and traffic etc that Polo gets.
Seems like they should've gotten at least one other decent competitor by now, don't ya think? Or maybe the whole "Alt Coins Are Serious Business" thing has not really sunk in yet, with too many of the BTC Maximalists out there...?

People keep telling on different topics too that they are having issues withdrawing from poloniex whereas I have been using it (except the very crowded and almost organic DDOS times) and whenever I want to deposit or withdraw I did it with no issue. However number of people who say this has been rising that is for sure.
Because usually only people with problems raise their voice, thats why bias tends toward negativity.

I withdrew 1000 XMR successfully yesterday afternoon. I got the confirmation email in approximately 2 seconds, and the transaction appeared on the network approximately 2 minutes after confirmation.
Could 800 * $30 = more than your max withdrawal limit? Sounds incredible, but here we are
It dont let you withdraw more then is your limit from start.
Millionero i read somewhere that if your withdrawal goes wrong and you cancel it and then withdraw to same wallet it will be same. I have no ideas why since did not read further.
Anyways just be patient, expect that Poloniex support times tippled. So if you expect answer in 1 day you will get one in 3 days.
I withdraw like last 4 days different coins always close to my withdrawal limit. always went super smooth.

I was able to withdraw numerous times yesterday in increments of 100, up to my limit. The transactions were speedy and less than 15 minutes per withdrawal surely.
Maybe they have a level of human intervention in the bigger requests.
