Seriously though...to all innocent, naive newbs: There are new and better anon coins coming. Ditch this shit while you can still get a relatively high price for it.

I was just going to ask if this coin is worth investing still, then I read your post lol Smiley
If I can save just one decent person, my sacrifice will have been worth it.

OneCoin is the most anonymous cryptocurrency. Nobody has seen its blockchain, yet I have been told it will be a huge thing.  Huh

So anonymous that the blockchain doesn't even exist! How can you audit what isn't there?!?!?!

In all seriousness, I've heard a couple rumors about this coin but haven't seen any technical info.
If anyone has some links feel free to PM me so we don't have to spam a bunch of off-topic posts in this thread.

Interesting post that has gotten some traction in /r/darknetmarkets, and could lead to more darknet market use of Monero:

The guy who originally posted the supposed link deleted his AMA.

Good news: you can now use my site of questionable design to check receipt of RingCT funds as well (amount decoding).

http://xmr.llcoins.net/checktx.html

Also MoneroBlocks API may or may not be having some trouble sometimes parsing RingCT transactions with more than one input.

At the very least, try not to quote trolls.

Thanks.

How do you know who is what. They all start off so nice.

Does anyone use livecoin.net? Is it legit? I've done a few hours googleing but I get contradictory info on the use of Visa for purchasing.

Nevermind, they don't.

I believe I hoped nothing there?

Which point would you like to rebuke?

You don't have insider  knowledge of a massive botnet? or you know we are all criminals?

You said you hoped I don't lose too much.

Ah I hope that for everyone.  Cheesy

Yes, please don't feed the troll, just press ignore and he will get bored and move on. Trolls are sad and lonely souls, if they don't get attention to feed on, they go somewhere else.

He clearly has no idea about Monero, the technology and the community behind it or has despicable motives.

Dont bother with the shill. All he wants is to spread negativity from his little frightened soul. Dont allow him. Just put on ignore and treat his statements with the same importance as a bicycle falling over in Beijing.

As to Criminals & Botnets: unfortunately freedom brings out the best and the worst in people. Often innovation is first adopted at the fringes as these areas have typically more to lose or gain. A natural process.

Desiring, no, demanding, privacy and financial sovereignty whenever I choose does not make me or any of us condone or commit criminal acts. If all you needed was a low risk opportunity to become a criminal, you have always been one. People make choices. People take responsibility, knowing or not. The ones that blame tools and infrastructure as enablers are the same that blame the gun. Laughable small little fearful things that think they can calm their frightened little selves by controlling all and everything. Pity them. Or the worst kind: those using those pitiful souls to further their agenda. They shall both fail in our laughter.

Hmm? Ok, lets have a look...umm Monero is mostly used by criminals and mined entirely by botnet criminals?? Oh yes, I must invest!  Cheesy Cheesy Grin

"mostly used by criminals"

So we are all criminals? right. Any other evidence than you say so?

"mined entirely by botnets"

OK so presumably you are running a botnet that is almost the size of all hashing power? therefore you could know this for a fact?

......?

I don't know you but you come to a coin that has increased several fold in a few months and smell desperation? I guess your nose doesn't work either.

Alts may not be for you. Hope you don't lose too much.

Do you really hope that?

I can smell...desperation.

LOL nice try troll... but, nope not hardly.

Go back and look at my history here: my basis price for the first XMR I bought 'way back in the olden days is a whopping... $0.70

Seventy-Whole-Cents I have at risk for each XMR in my hot little hands these days, whoop dee doo

I'm personally LONG PAST CARING if the daily price goes up or down a dollar or two.  Hell even if it ever "crashed" back to "only" five bucks I'd probably sell the house, sell the dog, sell the wife just to Back Up The Truck and buy MOAR XMR.

Unlike you I'm just a simple HODL'er who kinda-sorta actually understands the long-term impact of this *technology*... not a day-trader *cough* gambler *cough* probably like you.

So, yeah... no... uh huh, good luck with that LOL
Sure, buddy. I believe you. Wink

I don't see why his post would be desperation. Coinbase accepting XMR would be huge and what he said was true about coinbase liking fluffy's presentation and XMR winning the poll about coinbase adding Monero. Still speculation but there are signs that it is more leaning towards it happening than not.
