Oh wait someone told me that was rumor... WTF?

Just joking... we'll see xvg on polo very soon  Smiley

Is there new info?

I'm sure as soon as DEV gets concrete information from Poloniex, then he will let us know. Until then we can only wait and hope that our volume remains relatively consistent.

Funny. LOL
I thought for a moment it was listed.

I did just send some BTC that way though, to use in case that does happen.
LOL, That just made my day, thanks dude  Cheesy

I offered this before, guess I'll do it again.

I have a program running that will send me a text once XVG appears in the Polo API.

It can send and email, text or both. If anyone would like to receive an email or text you can PM me your email address, phone number or both. If you want the text I need to know the carrier too.

Again, I know this requires some personal info so I'm only offering if you are comfortable. I'm not trying to get any mailing lists. I'm an Engineer/Manager not a marketer.

ccex back to live

Something reminds me C-CEX recent issues (as they say) the Cryptsy, when they seized my withdrawals for days. Maybe a bit of conspiracy, but I smell manipulation with our coins in favour of their profits. Cryptsy did it on daily basis.

Too fishy that they could not get to work wallet for 3 days on their servers from a good source code.

Bittrex had XVC wallet maintenance only for some hours yesterday.

i don't think there is any manipulation. i spoke with the admin of c-cex, and he explained the issue he was having. i believe it was from having compiled the linux wallet with libdb 5.1. it's been known to have issues with large wallets, and you can imagine how large an exchanges wallet.dat grows to be.

Thanks for info! Of course, if it's the main reason, I take my words back. Just too much scam coins listed there and at Yobit. And recently I had bad experience, when I tried to fight against scammers in trollbox. I got a big fat ban for that.

Yobit is even worse with taking ages maintenance times for a lot of coins.

Yeah...while your job is watching over other people's money they are tying to make, while others are trying to steal it, while trying to follow regulations, while you can't keep everyone happy no matter what....too much pressure for me.
I would pick a small cabin in the woods over a dangling mansion.

Even though you can make a ton of money doing it, I would NEVER ever start a crypto exchange.

It's like winning the lottery, but you spend all of your money on a house that that is dangling on a wire over the grand canyon.

.......in the situation of cryptsy, we never had an explanation while things were messed up though...   Angry

When I found out there was a divorce action that had started in October (I think it was) and saw the link to the court filings in Palm Beach county court......I knew it would not have a good ending. I managed to convert coins that were not withdrawing to ones that would (although at some loss) but felt lucky to get them.

Still wondering where all the deposits still there have gone.it would take a while to follow the transactions and where they've gone.

Again, Thank You for that update and explanation, although I use C-Cex very little.
The tendency these days is to not trust some of these exchanges.
Big and small exchanges have had some problems and caused losses....big ones with some people.

oh don't get me wrong, i am always skeptical and as a matter of fact, i encourage everyone to stay skeptical,

especially when it comes to finance/financial security. hell, i lost a few bucks in cryptsy too, nothing serious

but it would have been worse if i didn't heed the warning signs.

in the situation of cryptsy, we never had an explanation while things were messed up though...   Angry
