Hello yahoo62278,
I wanted to make you aware of this scam accusation against Gamdom.
Urgent Warning: Gamdom fake unlicensed copy of games/ false Terms and Services. You used to run their signature campaign, so I am thinking you have some way of contacting their team. OP claims to have been unsuccessful in reaching out to anyone, and the casino doesn't seem to have an official forum representative on Bitcointalk. The person who created their ANN thread has been inactive for two years. Your advice would be highly appreciated!

I am aware of the accusation. I have also been messaged on telegram by the user. I received a reply from the owner weeks ago stating the user had to wait 1 night for the hot wallet to be refilled and was compensated for the wait. Now they feel it's just a malicious attack on their reputation. They feel the issue is resolved.
I am not sure personally how the rtp and sites being able to change it works. Can the sites themselves manipulate payouts? Can they change multipliers? How much did this user lose being pissed off he couldn't wd in instantly? Did he try to wd smaller amounts?
I personally wd 12k with 0 issue in 1 day, but that's not 100k.

That's weird. So the owner is claiming that the $140.000 and something was already paid to the player, but at the same time they refuse to comment on the issue publicly or show proof that the money has been paid and that the player is making false claims!? They have also refused to cooperate and talk with Casino.guru. That doesn't sound to me like proper conduct or the way to handle a business that relies on the trust of the players.
Does the owner have an account on Bitcointalk and why doesn't he want to talk about it?
The player also got banned so he can't access his account to show any transaction records or withdrawal history. All of that doesn't look good.

This is my opinion as well. The community should have at least some official information. @yahoo, why is Gamdom silent for so long? Things like this shouldn't be ignored.
Further complicating matters, the user
claims he was never paid or refunded by the casino, which is contrary to what the owner allegedly said.

I agree, they should make some sort of response in the forum regarding the allegation. I know they no longer have access to the owners account on the forum, so they will not make a response from that. I'll try to get the owner to make a new account and a response this weekend, although I cannot promise that that happens.

I have DMd you on here, and you’re right I’ve also messaged every bit of proof to your personal telegram.
I have never been paid out by Gamdom; they didn’t compensate me for purposely delaying withdrawals-
And they closed my account with $200,000
I can’t sign in to retrieve any proof, I have sent all the proofs I can including conversations with live support where they acknowledge and cancel the win based on what they say is a “provider issue Gamdom doesn’t control it” -
Summary of FACTS.
As per their claims of KYC and AML all accounts at $5000: I was able to deposit $164,000 in a night.
Every attempt; not just singular attempt failed the same way. Balance reverted back to stable funds and not sat on “Pending”:
Every attempt. $10,000. $20,000. $5000, $50,000 and $100,000. Any casino if they don’t have the funds set it to pending and pay you when available. Not revert back to player balance.
If you’re stating, and siding with Gamdom. Can they at least provide “proof” that I was paid? That I was compensated? That they aren’t purposefully manipulating wins after they’ve been hit, and refused?
The thing is I have showed proof, or everything -
Gamdom has shown proof or failed to comment on anything -
This isn’t about tarnishing a reputation it’s about what’s right, I’ve been exploited in multiple ways and have not received compensation.
Was only just made aware of this post. It needs Gamdoms answers. It needs explanation to why my account was banned and my money not withdrawalable. They also need to clear up why they are LYING by stating I’ve been paid
Quoting all these replies and gonna delete all the clutter.
