there is no wallet problem, you might need to redownload the block chain, just make sure you backup your wallet.dat, if your coins are showing on the explorer, you have them.

There is a problem when sending with Bittrex to C-CEX!
Anyone buying is insane! This is going too death spiral down the toilet imo...coins are too infinity and beyond!!!

It's not about the hours, it's about the coins you have, look at the table in the wallet, or use getstakinginfo if you use the headless client to see how much coins you need for each %
300k will always give you about 300 CC (0.1%),
500k will give you 2500 CC (0.5%)
and so on, the exact % change values are the ones in the interest table.
