Wow. Webmoney represents new title units (derivatives) WMX. 1 WMX == 0.0001 BTC

Is this big ? I've never really looked into WebMoney before.

Maybe it's bigger in Russia than elsewhere ?

FWIW, I don't think MtGox is using that algorithm -- at least, not any more.

methinks here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.1451329

Bitpay does not need to be registered, though:

Fortunately, payment processors such as BitPay are exempt. BitPay is legally classified as a payment processor, not a money transmitter. Gallippi points to 31 CFR § 1010.100(ff)(5)(ii)(A)–F, a set of FINCEN rules which clarify that “the term money transmitter does not include a person who only … (ii) Acts as a payment processor to facilitate the purchase of, or payment of a bill for, a good or service through a clearance and settlement system by agreement with the creditor or seller.” Becuase BitPay deals financially only with sellers, CEO Tony Gallippi explains, and not with customers, BitPay is in the clear.

However it is my humble opinion that when the BFL bubble bursts and Sonny heads off to prison Bitpay will indeed end up a loser in the equation.

In this thread I asked him direct question whether he have any license https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcoin-will-be-at-ces2013-official-thread-133487

He laughted, said there is no license required and put me in ignore list =)

However seems he deleted his posts.

Where?

Kinda big thread to be looking for your post.

Yeah, I remember how Bitpay CEO was curious what type of money transfer license required to process bitcoin payments. Hehe. As he also doesn't have one.

Really ? How long ago was that ?

my TA and research we will dip down in the short...like a few days sat sun maybe mon and tues. but then it will break hard up. ten to twenty dollar jump in one or two days. then a few little swings but ultamatly land in the high 120s, low 130s.  this is not a random speculation but a well researched and highly probable outcome.

prove me wrong. or just wait a few days.

What research do you base your estimates on?

Lets wait and see, it's only a few days away right. The moves you're talking about here are pretty normal for Bitcoin these days.

I think what he describes is a very possible development. However it would be much more entertaining and educational if he showed is actual "TA and research".

At least show us a hash of it.

yes, bitcoin volatility is often equal to penny stocks, but this is not a bad thing per se :-)

I don't see any way of proving you wrong except waiting a few days.
