Thanks, that's great. Bitcoin is really capturing the market.

I will have to try WebMoney out sometime then.

Can you pay with WMX (mBTC) directly on any shops that accept WebMoney? I suppose it converts the currency to whatever the merchant wants, like PayPal?

Never used WebMoney before.
Yes, If shop accepts WMZ and you have only WMX, webmoney will prompt for automatic market conversion of needed amount based on internal market bid/asks

AFAIK, they don't have problems with wires at all

This is very interesting for the economy.

If Paypal don't jump aboard and start accepting Bitcoin funding pretty soon WebMoney will completely own this market.

 Here is my new Bitcoin purse at webmoney (last)

Do you know if they have a good track record of sending wires to foreign banks in Europe ?

In my case I'm thinking of doing a transfer to a UK bank that I use.

Wow. Webmoney represents new title units (derivatives) WMX. 1 WMX == 0.0001 BTC

https://wmx.webmoney.ru/en-US#

One correction to the above post. 1 WMX = 0.001 BTC or 1mBTC as some others like to call it.
Yes, thanks. 1 WMX = 1mBTC

So this appears to be fiat backed crypto currencies pegged to both the USD (WMZ) and Euro (WME) that can be traded for Bitcoins.

This sounds like a really good idea so long as the companies backing them are trustworthy.

Webmoney has large number of currencies: WMZ (USD), WME (EUR), WMR (RUR), WMU (UAH) and even WMG (Gold).

All they are available now to directly and legally exchange to and from WMX (Bitcoin).

So, are you now bullish, or does this not impact the wave count going forward?

What conversion rate will they use for WMX? Base on what? MtGox? ;-)

Whatever its users decide?

Webmoney is larger than yandex money

Yandex money hard-attached to only one currency - RUR. It cant operate with other currecies, while Webmoney operates with large number of currencies, now including Bitcoin.
