Hi guys,
What do you think, what is more efficient in solo, one 14TH asic or three asics with 4TH? Who is understand how it works?
"Efficient" is a word implying hashrate for power usage, but you are not listing power usage. If you are talking about your chance of finding a block, only the total hashrate matters. 14TH is more likely to find a block than 12TH.

Hello,

My apologies if these are duplicate questions, but does anyone know how long it takes for the CK users page to be updated with your stats? Also is there a minimum hash rate for the lotto perspective?

Thanks in advance! 😁

a usb stick with sidekick used to do 40-60gh

the new ones do 250-300gh

I am pretty sure the older sticks still work here.

I may be misunderstanding, let me clarify my set up and what i mean
I have an S19J solo mining currently on ckpool
I was thinking i could observe my stats using cgminer of my ASIC solo mining, if that's not true please let me know

No, you can't watch your Antminer stats with cgminer.

I've been running those commands earlier today as i was trying to figure it out before commenting here. When i do this, it starts mining with my GPU..which i currently have hashing away on an ETH pool
This section is for btc only, no support for altcoins.
cgminer -o stratum+tcp://solo.ckpool.org:3333 -u your_BTC_Address -p x
I was hoping i could use CGMiner to just watch and not have it utilize any of the components of my PC
If you start cgminer without a usb miner attached, it act just like a observer for solo.ckpool.org, it will not mine then.
It will search for usb mining equipment, but if nothing is attached, it will just display the pool messages like block high changes
and if someone of the pool member finds a block.

Could you indicate a place for me to buy the equipment and which configuration would be ideal for the usb miner?

The miner is a GekkoScience Compac F 200 bis 400 GH/s, it is sold out in germany,
I don't know where to buy it in the USA, in europe it is bitshopper.de.
RaspberryPi 4 is sold out mostly everywhere.
Use a search engine of your choice and try to find it.
I can't give you a source for the equipment.
Sidehack (the developer of the gekkos) may know the places where to buy it, so you could ask this question best in the compac F Thread:

Can you show us example of the command used to do this with cgminer? I'm also interested in watching in this way
Thank you

It is all in the README of cgminer:
http://ck.kolivas.org/apps/cgminer/

you have to enter:
cgminer -o stratum+tcp://solo.ckpool.org:3333 -u your_BTC_Address -p x
and on Linux:
./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://solo.ckpool.org:3333 -u your_BTC_Address -p x

That is all to do, to observe the pool.

Hello everyone,
I would like to set up a setup with BTC miners as our friend has in the champion post.
Can anyone help me by indicating what I need to buy and where, because the sites I'm looking for are all sold out for usb mining products.
I would like to use GekkoScience NEWPAC usb with Raspberry Pi 4 with linux installed, would that be the best option to start?
Thanks if you can help me.

That is ok to try, here is the Thread where you find all information on how to setup your NEWPAC:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/gekkoscience-newpac-terminus-r606-bm1387-official-support-thread-5053833

This isn't the right thread to ask where to buy USB miners.... This is where you ask about CK Pool Smiley

In any event.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/234403696635?hash=item36938c8ffb:g:Eh4AAOSwoj5h-pVi

These are what I used.

Once you get them you need to get CGMiner then simply edit to run on the pool and your're off!
