& it will be worse in the future. less and less solo blocks will be found!

Do you think it would go down during the halving? Or even if miners stop running since fewer blocks are being found?

Anything is possible my friend, there is different opinions, none will be answered until it actually happens.

9 days since a block was found. Seems to be a pretty constant 1PH+ here too Sad.

Looks like the recent hashrate / difficulty increase has hit everyone hard.....

That's the one I wrote about, I did not know that it was working for cksolo finally.  Good to hear, thanks!

Edit: looks like block notification might not be a feature as of yet, if I am understanding correctly.

I guess I'll know when the next block Is found

I'm running on the app and it supports the solo pool. Currently got an s4 hashing away and it registers it once I put my btc address (which is my worker detail) in the direct addresses section. Shows the pool hashrate etc aswell. Also got a notification today when my s4 stopped mining.

I saw an app for Kano ckpool that notifies you when a block is found on the pool.

Anyone know if there's an app for solo ckpool?

The guy who wrote the Android app that notifies for Kano ckpool said (months ago) that he was going to add ckpool solo support as well, but he never did.  I seem to recall him posting that if anyone wanted to take over that aspect they were welcome to, but I do not have a link.

I think one of those apps also works for solo ckpool (not sure which one).

Your right, found this one, unfortunately it's only for Apple products Sad

I don't know whether this means anything or not, but it's been nearly 24hrs since the pool went down. While down I switched over to DE since it was still working. Being in the US I didn't think that DE would do very well for me, but in one day on DE I have no stales listed. I normaly average about 4+ stales a day. Does this mean that my S3 is hashing better on DE?
Luck, coincidence, random chance, moonlight, starlight, solar flares...

No, you're better off in the long term mining to whichever pool is closer. The main pool was not disconnected for that long.

Luck? Hehe. Not lucky enough Wink I may run it just for a week and see what kind of difference I get. It couldn't hurt much then again it could hurt everything :/ I'll post back on it in a week just to see what it does out of curiosity.

There will be a small blip on the DE pool shortly for a minor upgrade/new code testing.

1 day is not enough time to see the average on the DE server, run it for a week then compare the results to the US server.

Your S3 could just be having a clean run Cheesy

Pool's back online. The server kept on running at all times, there was some kind of datacentre network issue.

Did the pool do down? Huh
Looks like a network outage of some sort, investigating. DE is still up and running ok.

I may switch over for the time being. I hope it's an easy fix.
